Another good dininng option on perimeter road, between the Clarkton and the Cottage Kitchen. This is a comfortable nicely appointed place with a very large eclectic menu with some very good prices. The food is also good quality, but probably a step below Cottage Kitchen and C's.
The place is a joint venture between and Pinoy and a Malaysian. Then menu has western, philipinno, Malaysian, Korean, Japanese, and chinese food. Surprisingly I have found two clunkers on the menu, Bak kuh teh (herbal pork rib soup) and a coffee ice jelly desert, which are surprisingly malaysian dishes.
What I have that has been excellent is the spicy cheese lumpia appetizer, several soups including a really good korean glass noodle with brisket soup, a great lechon kawali, baked macaroni, chicken satay, and fried noodles. Breakfast was not so good. The do have a reasonable malaysian white coffee and teh tarik as well.
The prices here are excellent. I worry though as the place seems to do little biz, and I am afraid it won't last. It's a shame as people bitch about not enough quality places to eat in AC and the high prices. Yet a place like this gets little patronage. Go figure?
Also, you can order your food at Roadies or Lost in Asia and they will serve it to you in the bar. So go ahead and order 5 orders of the Spicy Cheese lumpia and share with girls, It will only set you back 350 pesos. Haha please give this place some biz! I hate to lose this option.
