Hello fellow mongers, what hotels in Panama City are chica friendly as of August 2010? I'm flying there this weekend. Thanks, and cheers.

I don't have August 2010 info. I doubt things have changed. During a trip to Panama City almost 2 years ago, I stayed at the Hotel Milan on Calle Eusebio A. Morales. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from the Veneto Hotel and close to Via Espana. The hotel didn't have a web site. I made my reservations via email (hotelmilan@cwpanama.net). The manager speaks & writes fluent English.
The area is very safe and has a large number of restaurants. I paid the cash price $57 per night. This reflects a 20 or 25% discount. This was an excellent deal for a nice hotel. The rooms are modern, good size, clean, and have bathrooms with a large walkin shower.
The hotel had a sign at the front desk and at the elevador that indicates all guests must wait in the lobby. However, I brought in chicas on 2 different nights and had no problems.
