Mexico's southern neighbor,Any good mongering places here and how do prices compare to good ole Mexico?

I was in Guatemala city for a few days. Many good strip club hooker bars. Capricho was the nicest one where chicas could go for $150-200 for all night.At the Mens Club you could get a good half hour plus session in a room for around $30 which included everthing. Good selection of women from all over central america. Outside Guatemala city there is not much action. Antigua is a city where alot of people go because of the sights and the many spanish schools, but no strip clubs or hooker bars.

I was in Guad city for a night. Now I have heard that there is some good pussy. The park down the street from me had hookers in it but I wasnt sure the hotel would let me bring them back in. If you do fly into Guad city prepare your self. I swear its the biggest arm pit of a city in the world. Oh yes the hotel was Swiss Chalet, across from the police station. Typically your Guad women are short and stout. Not fat but wide.

Guat city can be an arm pit if you don't know where to go. In zone 9 and 10 there are some great strip club/hooker bars like Capricho, Mens club, and Josephines.I was lucky and was with a local that knew all the good clubs. Many of the girls were from surrounding central american countries,not quite the talent of San Jose but good.

Fortunately you don't need a local to find the good clubs. They advertise in the local papers.

The clubs recruit in neighboring countries. I met a nica who was hired while working in a Managua strip bar-Cueto Club.

For Inspector... What hotel do you recommend for easy access to the clubs in zone 9/10?

Armadillo... I stayed at the Guat city Marriot, which is very close to Capricho and alot of other clubs and a nice area. I think I paid around $85 a night and told them my girlfriend would be staying too, so I could bring back a chica for an all nighter. The security here is pretty tight,so you can't be blatant when bringing girls back. Capricho and Mens club had rooms to use for short periods of time.

G.City has a great selection of latinas in my opinion. Primarly Salvadorans, Nica and some Honduran.

when i was in guatemala, this place called "el pantanal" in the city of tecun uman was fantastic,one of the things that i like the most is that you can watch them dance and then take them to the room and the prices are great, $15.00 and you are in bussiness.

Guatemala City:

Sirenas outside of Antigua is dump - 3 or 4 fat chicks and that's it. I was still able to find one that made me happy, nonetheless.

The best action I have always had is at Caprichos in Guatemala City. This is an upscale club near the Marriot. One shot dates are about 65 US Dollars. They have a room adjacent to the club, included in the price above. The club is definitely an upscale strip/screw club. Plenty of girls, most from El Salvador and Nicas. The occaisional Guatemalan always seems to be the hottest, with tight little bodies and a healthy appetite for pounding, slurping sex.

There are a host of smaller clubs wher you just go in and choose a girl, with the option to take her back to your hotel (about $200-300 overnight for the hotties) or bang her at the club for a one hour rate. A taxi driver I hired for the night called her up. She was 18 but had a child, new how to screw and let me cream her tits and ram her asshole. She was open to all porn-sex stuff, ball licking, russian, prostate massage during oral, you name it, with no apparent hangups. Since I had her all night we had to get creative. Just to let you know you CAN find kink in Latin America.

My rec. for the night visitor: Caprichos all the way.

I found the same thing, at Sirenas the girls were pigs, and Capricho was a great place to party, really liked the set up there.
There are some other good clubs in zone 9&10 like Mens club and others if you have a good driver.I guess not much has changed since I went there 3 years ago.

Upscale club (No Cover)with strip show and rooms in the back for sex. Girls range in looks from 4-9 and are priced accordingly. Beer is $3 20q per beer for the national beer (Gallo) and $4 25q for imports ( very expensive )normal cost for a gallo is around 10q or $1. None of the girls speak english and most are from Honduras and El Salvadore 30 minutes full service is 400q or $60 1 hour 700q or $100 and take out is $200. Le Club is one of a very few clubs that can stay open till 5am (they are paying off someone)closed sundays. Very safe inside unsafe outside (raddison hotel is 2 blocks away, take a cab)
I think this club is a ripp off way to expensive, girls and beer, but they have a show which is nice (a lot of clubs dont). There are tons of clubs/houses in Guatemala city the ones in zone 10 and 9 are the best. the ones in zone 12 are the cheapest

Have any of you guys encountered a hot little spinner named Jennifer in either Le Club or Platinio's in Guatemala City? She is a Nica and has worked in the city for a year or so. Really a lot of fun and a total hottie. I would love to hear if any of you guys have run into her.

Those of you who follow my Costa Rica posts know that I no longer provide details about mongering experiences, but having just returned from a week in Guatemala (primarily spent in Antigua and Guatemala City), I can tell you that Guatemala is a great alternative to other Central American destinations for those who are looking to broaden their travel horizons.

Zone 10 in Guatemala City is loaded with attractive girls, in clubs and on the streets. The only caveat I'd issue is that speaking Spanish is probably more important than in most places I travel, particularly if price is an issue for you.

Guatemala is a bargaining culture - much more so than Costa Rica. As a rule of thumb, I found that I usually paid about half of the original asking prices for everything except restaurant meals - this includes cab fares, hotels, retail purchases, and girls. I usually offered about 25 to 30% of the original asking prices and usually settled for slightly more. In general, with hard bargaining, I found the prices for most goods and services to be about 1/2 of what they would cost in Costa Rica.

I had some truly exceptional experiences with girls I met in Guatemala City (mostly from El Salvador and Nicaragua, but a few Mexicanas as well) and never paid more than $40 - usually $25 to $30.

YMMV, but based on my experiences, I highly recommend a visit, if you speak Spanish - if not, you will probably be limited to rip-off stripclubs, etc., and may be better off going somewhere else.

I was just there also, and stayed completely out of zone 10. I went to the local places, and was very impressed with the talent that you find for Q50 (about 6 bucks). BTW, most of the local places charge Q50 all inclusive. The girls were all about in the 18-25 year old range, and mostly from El Salvador and Honduras. Quite a few lookers! I was often confronted by locals with a chip on their shoulder in these places, so I would warn against going unless you can speak spanish really well. I ended up making friends with the very same people who were at first threatening me.
After we talked for a while, they told me that they just like to scare away the foreigners and tourists. I never saw a single gringo in any of these bars during my trip. I just told people I was from Mexico and they believed me.

The prices quoted on earlier posts don't sound right to me either. Apparently guys have been taken. It's simple logic that Central America should have lower price than Mexico because the standard of living is lower. It's been a few years since I travelled the region but I have no reason to believe $20 to $30 can't go a long way.

Haggling is part of the local culture. Never ever pay asking price.

In Guate, there are many rip-off american style strip club places... Although I personally don't go to these places, anyone who is happy paying 10 times the local rate is more than welcome to do so...

There are also plenty of good ones along the street in zone 1 who will go back to your hotel for around $15. I saw quite a few that were AB/Blue Marlin caliber..

I personally prefer Guate over San Jose... I encountered much better attitudes and lower prices.

Can you give me more information on these "local places"? I speak spanish pretty well and have spent a lot of time in Cd. Guatemala. Actually, in some places that were probably pretty crazy for a gringo to venture. But I have always gotten along with the locals.

Where are these "local places"? Tell me more. What is the procedure, pay rate, caliber of girls, etc. Are they near Le Club or Oro Solido, Caprichos or Platinio?

Most of the places that I went to were situated along the main street "Aguilar Bates" which basically is the main road that leads out of the city towards Antigua (you can spot many of these places if you ride the chicken bus from Guate to Antigua). These places are in zone 11 if I remember correctly? Just past "El Trebol" which is a big loop where the main roads interchange, shaped like a "Shamrock" hence the name Trebol. The best local place is El Paso, which is two separate bars across the street from each other, but with separate women. Around the corner from El Paso is El Paisano, and I was told that the same guy owns all three. Pricing is Q50 including the girl and the room... You pay the girl and she gives it to the register... It's pretty much the same routine in every place... The prices also seem to be the same almost everywhere. There are many other places with the same setup. One place is along the main street "Aguilar Batres" and has a big sign that says "Night Club", along with at least 3 other places within 2 blocks. For some reason, I can't remember the names of any of those places. There are definately many of them... I just found out by asking taxi drivers and other locals that I met in town. I noticed that with local men in Guate, there is no taboo in talking about whore houses!

Be careful around these areas because the very lack of gringos makes you more of a target. Spanish is the minimum and you should inform yourself about safety before going there.

I definately would not recommend going to these places for anyone who can not speak the languange and at least "blend in" somewhat i.e. hispanic. Or perhaps if you are going with a group of guys it would be ok. I actually witnessed one dead body right near "El Paso", and that area is known for murders. It was a sad thing to see. The police left the body where it lied until the entire family showed up and made their own arangements with a mortuary for a hearse to pick up the departed. This whole process took more than 4 hours! Definately don't die there, because you would rot by the time your family could make it to the scene!!

With all that said, I went alone and had a great time in these bars, and made quite a few friends!

Of course I had told them that I was born in mexico, which they didn't have a problem with. The locals gave me many drunken stories of their own border crossing attempts and deportations. You will find many pissed off people with a chip on their shoulder if they classify you as part of "the north that screwed them". I think that is why an american may draw some hostility in these places.

In one bar, I was approaced by a group of locals. They first asked me about which soccer team I like, which they referred to as the "red" or the "creme" colored. They also told me that the opposing fan group is not welcome in this bar, and if I answered incorrectly, I would be "in trouble". I noticed one guy in the bar had a red soccer shirt peeking out of his jacket, so I naturally answered "red" and everything went great. I ended up drinking with these guys and having a great time. They gave me the lowdown on all of the girls in that particular bar. I had all good experiences, so their advice was right on the money... I ended up making friends with one of the girls, and spent a few hours chatting in her room after the deed.

As a side note: When you take these girls to the room, you actually go to her own bedroom. I find this to be a much more comfortable setting, and I would bet much more sanitary also! You can check out her family pictures, Mana posters, etc..

I've been to a lot of destinations, and this was by far the best "deal" as far as enjoyment per dollar!

Here are a number of "massage parlors" which are listed in La Prensa. They say they charge from 45 to 60 Q. and are open 10 to 9 or 10. Anyone in G.C. who can evaluate these joints?

I checked out one of the places I listed above: the one at Av.Castellana 9-39 z.9. This place is about 6-7 minutes from the Marriott by car--if you drive, they'll let you park in their enclosed driveway. It appears to be a bar with pool tables, but comes equipped as well with 5-6 Guatemalan girls. This was my second visit, and I've found that though most of the girls were heavier than I'd like, I could always find one to suit my fancy. Indeed, I did find "Leslie" this time, a "7" with nice body and very enthusiastic attitude and well-skilled in the sexual arts: 19 y.o., BBBJ, and DFK, didn't ask for more. Here's the rate structure (you should mention you saw the "anuncio" in the paper to get the lowest rate structure): 10 min.(sic) = 50 quetzales; 20 min. = 100 q.'s; 30 min. = 150 q.'s. I opted for the latter (roughly $20) and couldn't have been more pleased. If you're looking to locate this place on a map, the Avenida Castellana is just north of the "Diagonal" that runs from the Avenida Reforma to the Trebol, shortly before you get to the turn off for the airport if you're coming from the Reforma. The shop itself is located a block and a half from the Diagonal overpass, on the east(Reforma) side of the street.

Just read this article on the internet about a little town on the Mexican border called Tecun
Uman. According to this article this little town has 80 whorehouses and 1000 whores and the pussy goes for $5 a pop!

Can anyone verify this information? If so, I am on the next plane to Guatemala!

Been flying to Guatemala the last few months, plenty of Chicas to be had, going rate is $60 an hour for Outcall to your hotel. Plenty of hooker bars too. Club Elite is WAY OVERPRICED! I would stay away, one Chica wanted $400 an hour and said that is a good price compared to Las Vegas! Only problema is we "aint in Vegas Baby!"

Caprishios (can't spell it) is the best club by far, however they got shut down by the local Polica, I am going back this weekend to check up on it. Anyone else been down in recent months?

Ok this is what I have Gents.

This is probably my last trip to Guatemala, as I am changing my base to the East coast which will mean flying more to South America (Brazil Baby!).

Anyway I digress...

I have been fliyng the LAX-GUA trip for the last year or so, most of my layoves are only about 25-27 hours before I have to fly out so this is what I have and know.

I have stayed at the Westin Camino Real, nice place 4-5 star, EXCELLENT gym and nice staff, I think it is $$$$ but my company foots the bill on that! ha!



Caprichos is back up and running strong. Women are 7-9's plus a few Russians in the mix. Not a bad selection and the price is not bad, you may have to haggle a little. I was getting by with $60-80 in the club and about $40 for a private next day come to my hotel type of deal.

I also found a "Massage" place in Zone 10. You have to ask the Taxi driver for directions becuase it has NO NAME! But--it is right behind a place called "Sintex Electronics" you will knock on the door, and they will let you in, found a presonal favorite there a 25 girl from Columbia ($40 for an hour)

My favorite Taxi Drive is a guy named Efrain De Leon and his number is 502- 5704-9389 he knows where the "no name" is, also I would pay him $10.00 to drive me there and wait for an hour and drive me back, he was also the most reliable and thankful for the work/tips.

I also will drop a word or two on Charly with Guatemeala Escorts. Don't have the web address handy but a previous post will lead you to it, or just google "Guatemalan Escorts" and you will find it. Anyway his number is 502-5208-9884 I would call him the day before or the morning of my arrival and set-up a one hour session form one of his models, they were always 7-8's and the service was good for $60.00 and hour, plus he brings them right to the Hotel and picks them up, and Charly is not a bad guy. Very reliable.

I would not go to GUAT just for a sex vacation, rather if I had business or some other reason I would go. Costa Rica is better for the monger, and of course Brazil and Thailand can not compare but if you are like me and find yourself in Guatemala City I am sure you be happy.

Also for a nice little bar that is UPSCALE and a great place to kick back, I recommend "El-Establo" which is in Zone 10 as well. German guy owns it, look for the pilots hat on the shelf behind the bar! JETJOCK was here.

I did go to the Mens club one night but wasn't too impressed so I split. Many thanks for your input, your intel helped me out on my first Layover in GUA. Bet ya didn't know the guys up front driving the Boeing read your reports huh?
