I recently stayed at this hotel. It is located in Zone 9 at Calle 13 7-65, but very close to Zone 10 (1 block or so). Real nice place. It had a small gym and pool. They also had free airport pick-up and return. There are a number of good restaurants close by. I don't know the guest poicy. I only used the onsite rooms in the strip clubs. A room runs in the $90 to $100 range per night.
