I have visited CR annually for the last four years. I always make 2-3 stops here. The place is clean. I'll walk there during the day, (Don't try it at night.) The girls are fresh and typically range 5-8. It's right across from IDEM, but is not a bar setting like IDEM. Was there last May and expect to be there again in May. Prices are always good, but the girls will try to get $10-$15 more if Lucy isn't there.

If going to Lucy's or IDEM at night, then take a taxi to the Tin Jo Japanese Restaurant and walk 1/2 block. Otherwise, there's an upcharge for the "taxi referral".
