Caribbean Center is a small massage parlor located across the street from the Do-It Center in Tumba Muerto, a bit to the left if you are facing away from the Do-It Center. The owners are Dominican as are all of the ladies.

In two visits, I wasn't very impressed with the lineup of ladies, but I decided to try out the services regardless. I chose a well-dressed lady named Carol.

The facilities were clean and Carol performed to my full satisfaction, but I preferred most of the other massage parlors. Of course, Caribbean Center is perfect if you prefer your ladies dark.

There is a Shulas II restaurant just to the right of the C Center. Good place to have your cab driver drop you off. It is owned and managed by an american that grew up in the Canal Zone. Many TV's with multiple different sports venues playing.

Food is not bad either and very reasonably priced. You can easily hop over to the C. Center between sports events and grab a quickie, before or after eating.

Last time there were only 4 ladies. 2 colombian, one DR and one Panamanian. Facilities were clean comfortable and my lady of choice was very satisfactory.

Visited panama early December and caribbean center is still a nice place to go and meet women. Full service is $80 but the women are beautiful and they know how to treat you.

I was in the Caribbean Center for the first time last week. Pay $20 at the front desk and then go into the waiting area and choose the girl. None were smiling (I usually take the one who smiles) so I selected a blonde pasty faced Colombiana named Narinela. Turned out to be a good choice. All the girls giggled as I led her away; what that means I don't know. She asked for $60 and I offered $50. My bones and back ached from all the walking in PC so a relaxing massage was my main order of business. I speak reasonable Spanish so we had a fun conversation. Her massage technique is excellent and I was falling asleep as she completed the reverse side and asked me to roll over.
Although there was no tongue down the throat, I would have to say that the sex was spirited and it was as though she wanted some type of love connection and actually was looking for a gringo boyfriend. This is the only Colombiana I met in the business that didn't already have a kid or two.
There are times where the massage is almost as important as the sex and this was one such occasion.
I passed this place a few times walking up to the main intersection after dining at Shulas. It is not up to the high standards of Golden Times but the massage Cubicles are better than most PC massage parlors.
I found it very unhurried and my chica kept chatting and did not want me to go. Nice experience.

I dropped into Caribbean Center a few times over the weekend while walking around El Dorado. Not much interesting the first or last time but I had a session on the second look in, around midnight on a Saturday. The faciliites aren't too bad, basic massage rooms though they are fairly large. I had a good session with a Panamanian girl, good massage and ok fuck. Covered BJ but the fuck was nice. There was no shower/toilet in the room I was in, you had to walk down the hall to use the shower.

Prices are still $60 for the hour, full-service. I can't find the business card but the hours are 2:00 PM to 4:00 AM Monday-Saturday and 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM on Sundays.

By the way, the restaurant right beside it, Shulas II, is now called Bolas. I hung out there for a few hours on Sunday in between runs to Club Miami and Golden Time and it's a good American sports bar.

I used Caribbean Club 4 times on my most recent trip 5-19 June 08. The mamason pointed to a small paper sign on the receptionist desk that quoted $80 complete.

Then in her best English, which wasn't very good, she tried to explain to me that I should pay $80 up front before choosing a girl.

I told her now way. If she would insist, I would walk. I slapped $20 down on the counter, then picked a chica in the fishbowl.

The mamason tried to tell the girl to give me a massage only and nothing more.

When we got to the room the chica told me the price is always $20 at the door and $40 in the room and that the mamason was trying to pull a fast one. I agreed...after using Caribbean Center every year since 1996...I knew better.

I fucked the chica and gave her $40 plus a $10 propina.

A couple nights later I returned. I slapped $20 on the counter...the mamason looked away...I picked the same chica for another go around.

Two additional times I returned and the mamason gave up trying to fuck me over...she knew I knew better and that I was not a chump.

Therefore guys...stick to your guns when working the MPs. With exception at GT and Royal Elegance...a fuck in a Panamanian MP is still $60. $20 at the door and $40 in the room.

GT and the willingness of mongerers to pay $83 or more at a MP is influencing other MPs to try to raise their prices. If you give in (support) the inflated prices you ruin it for those of use who regularily return to Panama and other choice mongering destinations.

Therefore, do yourself and all of us a favor...negotiate a fair and reasonable rate when mongering. If you negotiate a fair and reasonable price you will be respected and probably fucked better than if you over-pay (over-paying is a sign of weakness or lack of machismo in Latin and South America). Remember, $20 at the door and $40 in the room. If the chica performs well $5-$10 tip is fair. If the MP insists...tell them you will spend your money elsewhere and get the same quality fuck for only $60 complete (Hawaii Center, River Club, Oasis, etc).

I hate running with a clock ticking. I hope to pull some of these girls away from the MPs during the day for quality work.

Of course there's a time limit, what incall place anywhere in the world doesn't specify how long for a certain price?

That said, its and hour. You can have takeout from most places, but there's still a limit and I think it's maybe $10 or so more. Your best bet is to hit a few places and if you find a girl you like and that you've had a good time with, just get her number and arrange an outside, off-the-house-clock program.

Sample the women at the MPs and after you've had several of them...then take the one you liked the best on an outcall.

But better yet...get her cell number and work schedule and arrange a meeting when she is off the clock. She'll stay with you longer and you will not have to pay company overhead.

I have not seen too much clock watching in Panama. Unlike Mexico where they tend to think 40 minutes is an hour...in Panama you pretty much get the full hour and sometimes even a little over if business is slow and there are other vacant rooms and girls to fuck in the fishbowl.

I was in Panama City earlier this month and Caribean Center appears to be closed for good. I couldn't find it at first as it moved from Calle Miguel Brostella to the El Dorado Plaza across from the bowling alley. There's a newer massage parlor called Goldfingers a few storefronts to the right. I'll post about that place in a new topic.
