This was my third trip to Costa Rica. I try to visit a new area each time. I like the little remote places better than the busy tourist areas. A friend had told me about this place. A small fishing village with a small beach. Not much of a beach. But as any place you can always find a little action if you look hard enough.
First I caught a bus from San Jose. Cost was 2100 colons(about $5US). It was a 3 1/2 hour ride. Talk to a few people on the way, not a bad trip. Got into town at 1PM. Got a room at the Palms. Cost about $20, nice clean rooms. No AC but they did have a pool. They also had a nice reaturant.
Took a little nap, then went on the prowl. First went to a few bars by the beach. Nothing better than watching the sunset while drinking a nice cold beer. Found a bar called La Vida Loca. It is owned by an american named Jimbo from Oregan. He was great. He introduced me to a couple sweet little locals. Beers were 500 colons, just the price I like. Had dinner there with Jimbo and the girls. It was still early but want to get a shower, so asked ome of the sweets if she would like to join me. So we took a couple beers with us and headed back to the room.
I always bring a playstation and hook it up in the room. First thing she wanted to do was to play. After a little of this, yes I let her bet me, we took a shower. What a good GFE. Lots of kissing. Then we get to business. Good bbbj while I DATY. Then sex in many positions.I was told to just give her 5000 colons. She seemed happy with it. Finished with another shower the a little more playstation.
Back to La Vida Loca. Its about 11pm now. Met a couple canadians down for the winter. They take me around town. Went to a disco called Bananas. A few locals and tourist. Girls love to dance there. Talked to a couple, but they had to work next morning. So we head to a couple more bars. Then back to La Vida Loca. Hooked back up with Christina and went back to the room. Gave her 10000 for the night.
Next day is Thanksgiving. Jimbo is cooking turkey at the bar for dinner that day. So I head over watch football and have a few beers. Met Rose Mary, another local. Nice body, little firm breast. After football, wanted to get a shower before dinner. Asked Rose Mary if she wanted to join me. So we head for the room. Another good session. GFE with bbbj and good sex. All for 5000 colons. I also brought some perfume from the dollar store back in the US. I gave this to them also.
Head back to La Villa Loca. Had a great turkey dinner. What a good night. Met alot of nice people. Hook up with the canadians again. We hit a few of the other bars. You can walk everywhere. Very safe area. Everybody knows everybody. Went to Bananas, danced and drank a little more. Went back to the hotel for a nice quiet nights sleep.
Got up on Friday at 10AM. Bought a couple Tshirts. Had breakfest and took a few pictures. Head over to Bingo's Bar,another one on the beach. Bingo is very sweet. Had a few beers talkedto the local girls. Watch the fishing boats coming in and the people swimming. A local guy comes in carrying 2 big red snappers. Ask Bingo if she wants to buy them. Then he ask me. Bingo said if I bought them she would cook them. So I paid 1000 colons($2.50) for them. She took them to the back and baked them. Also made some type af pattys.It was great. Some of the best fish I ever had. Just for $2.50 total for both of us.
Back to the room for a little nap and shower. Then I head for La Villa Loca. Its Jimbo's birthday. What a party. He gets a little wasted and strips to his boxers. I hang with Rose Mary. I need to get to bed early tonight because I catch the bus at 7am. So I take Rose Mary back to the room. Had a jesty section for about 2 hours. Then she leaves so I can get some sleep. Get up and get on the bus.
Recap, Playa Del Coco was a good adventure. Beachs a little dirty, not alot of local action. But there is some if you look for it. Also for you guys who like recreational drugs. It is there to be had.

I stayed at Ocotal Beach Resort about 5 km outside Playa de Coco and that was a mistake. The resort is isolated and too far from action unless you have car. Unfortunately I prepaid three nights.

Playa de Coco is a cute village, but I cannot verify the good fortune reported by Garfield about nine years ago. There are plenty of bars, so it might not be bad if you choose in town lodging where I did not see any check points that would prevent you from taking a sweetie back to the room.

I chose the resort because they have on site SCUBA dive shop. The close to shore dives that I took were nothing special. Just a couple rocks with a few tropical fish and poor visibility.

However, I think RICKs in downtown Coco is the top dive shop in the region. It is operated by a British expat. They said there are better dive sites about one hour off shore, but that is more expensive trip for multiple divers.
