Samba is located at #7-51 on Avenida 5 in Zone 9 between Calle 6 and Calle 8, immediately east of Parque Centroamerica. It's on the east side of Avenida 5 in a yellow and green building with a neon sign displaying Samba.
Hours are approximately 7pm-3am Monday through Sunday. Samba was the only place I could find open on Sunday, most taxi drivers told me everyplace was closed on Sunday. Supposedly you can knock at the door when they are closed and they may let you in if any of the ladies want to work. I never did this, so I cannot confirm if such is the case here.
You'll be patted down before being allowed to enter.
Samba is a strip club with some very nice shows. When you enter you'll be in a narrow hallway. A path will open up on the left side leading to short-time rooms. The path opens up at the end to the main area with a dancing stage straight ahead and a bar on the left. To the right is the main seating area. Past this area to the right is a more private area with dim lighting. To the right of the stage are the restrooms with a private dance room to the right of that. A staircase on the right side of the private area leads to a kitchen and rooms were the ladies stay if I recall correctly.
The short-time rooms were very dark with lighting provided by colored bulbs only. Restrooms were separate from the rooms and could only be reached by going out into the hall.
Selection was nice, but prices here were way too high. Drinks for ladies were 150Q, almost $19US. A short-time session was 700Q, about $88US. I highly recommend avoiding this place except on Sundays or to just come and complain about their ridiculous pricing.
Pros: Good selection of ladies and nice shows. Only place open on Sunday.
Cons: Prices for ladies' drinks and sessions well above average. Dark ST rooms with no connected restroom.

A member by the handle of Rastaman007 reported that Samba was closed on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.
Maybe the Sunday opening when I was there was an experiment and they found they didn't get much business since people were staying home that night and they didn't promote it well.
If the Sunday closing is permanent, then Samba is a waste of time and money to visit. Anyone that can verify, please post.
