Garotas is located at #13-64 on Avenida 5 "A" in Zone 9 between Calle 13 and Calle 14, on the street almost directly behind Caprichos on Avenida 5. Avenida 5 "A" is a very small side street parallel and in-between Aveinda 5 and Avenida 6 and does not appear on all maps. Garotas's is on the west side of the street behind large black gates and to the right of a light blue building with a sign reading "Garotas Night Club International" between them.
According to their business card, the phone number is 332-3546 with a cell number of 603-7561. The gentleman that handed me the card wrote down their hours as 7pm-7am. I believe all places are required by law to close their doors at 3am, but Garotas may operate like at least a couple other places that appear to shut down from the outside when they are in fact still open. Supposedly you can knock at the door when they are closed and they may let you in if any of the ladies want to work. I never did this, so I cannot confirm if such is the case here.
You'll be patted down before being allowed to enter.
Garotas is a small strip club. Once past the black gates you'll be in a small courtyard leading into the building. A few couches are located right in front of the entrance, with more seating around a divider to the left. Just past the divider, a path leads to the right to the restrooms. The dance stage is directly ahead from the entrance and this first seating area. A DJ booth is immediately to the right of the stage, and more seating is available where the room opens up to the left near the stage. A doorway opens up on the far wall of the second seating area, but I didn't explore to see what it led to.
On two nights here, I found the selection to be small and below average. I spotted one attractive lady my first night that I wanted to get a better look at and perhaps speak to, but she was not working the second night and I wasn't attracted to the other 3 ladies that were.
Drink prices for me were fine, but I didn't buy any ladies drinks and don't know about the availability nor price of sessions here.
The first visit here was very late at night, and the second was on a slower day, so it's possible that I didn't give this place a fair shake. If anyone stops by Caprichos, a visit here would probably be very helpful for reporting purposes at the least.
Pros: Nearby alternative to Caprichos
Cons: Small selection, lower quality

Confirmed it was closed as reported in Blazers' trip report.
