Borders is located on Ruta 4 in Zone 4 between Via 3 and Via 4, I did not get an exact address. It's on the northeast side of the street in a white and gray building. The words "International Borders Nigth Club" cover the front of the building and an additional sign hangs perpendicular to the front reading "Nigth Club Border's". Borders is right around the corner from Le Club. If you are exit Le Club, walk to your left to the corner and you'll see Borders on the right side of the street to your left. The layout of this area is very unusual with the vias and rutas forming a crisscross pattern over the north-south bound Avenidas 6 and 7.



I heard this was a decent place with smaller yet comprable selection to Le Club and Oro Solido, but with better prices. I was unable to confirm anything as I came on my last night (Monday) and the club was closed. It did not appear to be closed permanently, so I'm unsure about the status of this place.
