I was in Panama city last week and saw a new bar/massage parlour/spa that had opened. The name is Life Girls Bar & Spa and it is located next door to Gran Morrison on via espana about a half block from Hotel Continental. I was told the price for a full service massage was $80. The club opens at 6pm and the number is (507)263-2347. I walked through the club during the day and it looked nice.

I went there a few nights ago, and the girls were not that good looking but I did see a few with some phat ass. the white boys I was with said it was too much ass. My boy talked with one of the girls there and she told him it was $40 a fuck. but last night one of the boys got his very first hooker for $30 ;full service.

I just got back from Life Girls and it is a good spot to go for local talent. The ladies there were attractive the little school girl skirts they wear is a plus. Almost all of the ladies there tonight were thin with a healthy dose of ass. If you like the Brasil type bundas then you'll enjoy Life Girls.

The facilities were very nice, but the showers were lukewarm (I should be used to that now with as much as I come here to Panama), unlike Royal Elegance that has VERY HOT water.

Just got this info from a girl who used to work there. Apparently they have changed their policy. There is now a 15 dollar cover. Not sure if this pays for men's drinks. They have also closed the back rooms. No sex on premises. Only take out at club rates. Of course you may be able to negotiate for an after hours or next day date.

I tried Life Girls out late last year. There was one nice lady that I considered, but aside from the outfits I left unimpressed with the club. I'll probably give it another shot in the future if I can pry myself away from GT, Miami, and Capri.

Midnights Gentlemans Club
Location: Via Espana, half a block east of Continental Hotel

On the premises previously occupied by the Life Girls Bar & Spa, Midnights describes itself as a ‘Gentleman’s Club’, i.e. a lap dancing bar. It has clearly tried to model itself on the likes of Elite II, but unfortunately it falls well short of the mark. I took advantage of their happy hour special which offers a drink and lapdance for $10 if you arrive before 10:00 pm. The atmosphere in the club was distinctly underwhelming on the Tuesday night when I visited. The dancers were generally low on looks (5-7) and even worse in terms of their performance on the pole. There were about 8 or so girls on the premises when we turned up, with a few more arriving as the night progressed. Neither the punters nor the girls appeared to be enjoying themselves much at this establishment, to the extent that we almost considered splitting without having our paid-for lap dance. However, I was lucky enough to catch the attention of the only girl there who I would consider particularly attractive. She was the exception to the comment about poor stage show and put on an above average performance, including coming off stage to grind her crotch in my face – an effective way of getting me to notice her! After her dance I bought her a lady drink (the usual $15 rip-off) and got her to give me my inclusive lap dance, which was OK but nothing special. She invited me to join her in the club’s on site ST room which is $120 for one hour. I was tempted as she was a dark skinned Panamanian with quite a stunning figure, but I knew that I could find cheaper FL talent elsewhere.
Conclusion: not a place I would recommend. OK, it is cheaper than the other strip clubs but you get what you pay for, and the quality here is seriously lacking. I suppose the $120 on-site ST might appeal to some, but you can get an all inclusive massage elsewhere for $60-70, which has to be better value.

$10 cover included 2 drinks. 15 girls inside, all very below average in appearances. I ordered my 1st drink to go (bottled water) & got the hell out of there.

I was here on Wednesday night and actually had some good luck. This place was only a couple of blocks from my hotel. I paid $12 to get in which included 2 beers. Chica drinks here are $15. They have continuous strip shows starting around 10 PM. There were about 12 or 14 chicas and 2 were in my doable range. Most of the chicas were from Colombia.

I settled on a chica from Medellin that was 27 years old (I like experience)with store bought tits after she did a very good stage show. She told me that she used to dance at Mangoes and Face Dos in Medellin. I neg. BBBJ and DFK before going to the onsite room. The onsite options were 30 min. for $60 or 1 hr. for $120. I´m sure takeout is very expensive. I chose to try her out with the 30 min. option.

The room was not the best. It was clean and had a shower, but only had a good sized massage table. I looked at several rooms and none had a bed. I enjoyed the session (just a little short). She lives in the club and readily gave me her phone number. I´m sure her plan is to make as much money as possible over the next few months and head back to Medellin. I plan to call her for longer session in my hotel room this weekend.

On my last night I decided to give it a try. 25 dollars for all you can drink watered down beer and one free lap dance. This was about 10pm. 7 girls. One looker. I would not enter again even if the drinks cost a realistic 2 or 3 dollars. Keep on walking.

ps The night before at the River Club, curvaceous coffee brown domincana, squeezed me out of there in less than 30 minutes although I think I was allowed an hour I could not last. 60 dollars.

Walking out of the RC I met an sw and we had dinner at the restraunt that is on the corner as you walk into the alley to go to RC. I pretended she was not a SG and asked her if she would like to join me for dinner. We Talked for two hours over a nice dinner and listend to the great music playing, closed the place down at 11pm. I Hailed a cab in the drizzle with a sweety in a red dress on my arm and went back to the Hotel Andino, rip off at 49.50, and she stayed with me till 2pm. Lots of fun but and she was gfe but psycho too. I experienced a whole range of emotions that night from total attraction to how do I get her out of the room by check out time at 2pm? I left PTY the next morning as December isn't a good time for me to be there as the prices for hotels and everything seems to be jacked up for Central American XMas shoppers. I also found many of the locals to be trying to squeeze money out of me, ie taxis and street vendors, like I have never seen in CA before. I did not like that very much.

I may go back again but knowing now how things work I would enjoy myself more.

I would stay at the Marparaiso the next time, it was sold out along with every other cheap hotel I called due to XMAs.

Too bad you couldn't get a more reasonable priced room. You are right...Xmas time is the wrong-time to go mongering in Panama. Hotel Indino...is not even worth $20 a night. Marparaiso is okay, but Hotel California is the best cheap place at around $30-$32 per night.

Also, I've said this many times...strip clubs in Panama are a rip-off. Don't waste your time. Check-out the MPs or whore bars/restaurants first, then regular bars (live music), then casinos as a second to last resort. If you totally stike-out, then order room service (yellow pages under "masajes").

This place was shut down years ago. I'm not sure if it was before or after 2011, but it's definitely not there now.
