Short-Term Cell Phone Rental

Does anyone know if there are short-term cell phone rentals available in Panama (2-weeks or less)? Do you know details (contact info, pricing, calling restrictions, etc.)?

I usually buy pay phone calling cards when I visit Panama, but then I am usually limited to finding a pay phone that works, and I usually have to deal with loud traffic and other city sounds. It is pretty much very inconvenient.

Any advice?
