As many of you know, Panama used to be one of my favorite places to visit on business (over 35 trips here now)and pleasure. I was here 2 years ago and while many changes were evident, much was still the same.

This has been a very eye opening trip. Overall, I would estimate the entire population of Panama has gained 10-15 pounds. Whether it is the invasion of American fast food\high calorie\fat foods or an apparent improvement in the overall economy, I canīt be certain. There are many BMWīs, Mercedes, Audis, (even saw 2 Astin Martins and a Maserati)tons of large and mid sized SUVīs, standalone high end clothing stores and many high rise office and condominium buildings under construction. This place seems to be booming and the people seem to be well fed....about 10-15 pounds worth.

Over the past 8 days, I have hit all my old haunts and a few new adventures introduced by a friend of mine that lives here. With the exception of the steady stream of Columbians at Golden Time, every other place was a sincere disappointment. Acuarius is closed; River Club didnīt have anything above a 5; Horario only had one worth doing (and she was average at best); Royal Ellegance was down right disappointing; the places across from Do IT were down right appaling and Oasis didnīt have anyone Iīd do with your dick.......I donīt go to the strip bars here as I feel they are a real rip-off in the WWPF category. The street action has all but dried up due to the police crackdown a few years ago. Occasionally you will see a Colombian looker or two sizing up the patrons in the casinos (and i found one real hottie in one until she took off her bra). Gents, I havenīt even turned on my camera since I have been here. It is that bad right now. Canīt recommend Panama as a mongering destination but if you find yourself here on business, you can still have some fun and find action.

Better hope there is a lot of turnover at some of these places because they sure need some new talent.

Then again, as my buddy DonGringo pointed out, perhaps I am just a spoiled rotten bastard living in Rio with tons of beautiful, fit garotas around all the time. BUT, 10-15 pounds is still 10-15 pounds (and some bigger). Big bunda lovers would be in heaven here but expect it to be porportinate over the rest of their bodies as well. Maybe Iīm just becoming a cynic like Jaguar said but damn, I used to do tons of girls here that were much better looking than what is available now. If their economy is booming, maybe the prettier girls are able to find other better paying jobs because they sure are not in the whore houses here anymore (except the Colombians at Golden Time).

Oh well, maybe Cartagena will bring out some cuties next week. I sure hope so. At least I have saved a lot of money while in Panama that I can spend in CTG. and get about 2-3X the amount of action as opposed to Panama.

Next trip here will be 1-2 days at most for business only. I probably will not extend. Iīll bounce over to Colombia for a few days then maybe return to conclude business.......unless, they all go on a diet and loose 10-15 pounds....or more!

Thanks for the post Sandman. I noticed the same things about Panama, especially the dearth of talent everywhere except for Goldentime and the heftiness. I did notice a lot of American fastfood joints in Panama as well, almost as much as in the States. Thank goodness there aren't that many McD's or what not in Colombia yet (there is one in CTG now).

As for Goldentime, I still take my pen and paper like you suggested and hooked up with some incredible Colombianas. But it seems so unreal that the Colombianas at Goldentime are charging more than twice the amount that their sisters are charging just an hour away.

Panama is a good place to gamble and shop when I have to stay overnight or there's a long layover.

I did come across another way to meet the girls. There are a bunch of escort agencies in the yellow pages and a couple of them sent over some decent looking gals. Had to turn down a few of them at first, with cabfare, but hell, why not lounge around and have them paraded over to you instead of driving all over Panama City.

You won't be disappointed in CTG my friend, good luck and looking forward to your impressions and pics after such a long time away.

I was there almost a year ago. I noticed that my favoritas too gained some weight. And yes, when I offered to take them out for a bite to eat they pointed to fast food...McDonalds, Wendy's or KFC. Also Pizza Hut pizza...what's up with that?

But, I think you are right on the money (literally and figuratively)...Panama seems to be booming...a little extra money in their pockets and many of the chicas tend to become fat gringas and not as available to make money the good ole fashioned way.

Or, maybe you just ran into a dry spell. I mean...there are still good looking women in Panama and there always will be...we just need to look a little harder. I've noticed on Friday and Saturday nights at the more popular clubs there are some very good looking women hanging about.

Also, since Panama is a clothes shopping paradise for men who hardly ever shop...strolling through Central Ave, Los Pueblos, Via Espania and the Albrook Mall looking for a cheap pair of blue jeans may jump-up a game bird or two...provided you are willing to walk, shop and look around.

Another good location is the busy bus stops along via Espania...if you are a halfway good looking gringo...just standing around smiling and making eye contact with the chicas can be productive. (For me maybe 20 pounds and 5 years ago).

Finally, I noticed that hanging around the big cinemas in the early evening near Benegan's you will see numerous groups of 3 or 4 chicas hanging together to go to the movies. But to meet those chicas it is always good to have a buddy with you so that you do not seem to be too perverted.

Damn...I just realized I'm a pervert. Why else would I know all this?

Went to the casino at Ceasar Park last night and there were a number of cuties looking for their rent. Best two I chatted with were Colombian...go figure? Anyway, neither would budge off $200. I just smiled and said I would go visit their sisters at Golden Time for $84. Neither one smiled!

I did have a very good night at the casino having capitalized on a full boat at Caribbean Poker with 5 chips in the progressive pool and the dealer qualified. Next hand was a straight and the next was a flush. Three in a row. Next hand was a throw in and I left.

I am in agreement with you and Alecjamer. The chicas are putting on the pounds. I have a now ex-novia who is a Panamena and quite a looker but over the last 5 months she has put on about 10 pounds. She even commented on it last month. Also, I just found out that she LOVES KFC and Pizza Hut.

I am in Panama 1 week every month and last month was the first time that I just didn't want to head out to monger. My much anticipated trip to Rio in August has put a mental damper on Panama.

On my trips to Colombia, I have a brief stopover in Panama and usually pick up a couple of bottles at the duty-free.

A couple of Panamanian salesmen and I were bantering back and forth when one said "hey - how about if we trade you 5 of our Panamanian women for one Colombiana?"

The other guy immediately said, "no - he'll never go for that - it's too obvious we'd be getting the better end of the deal."

I think that somes it up nicely.

I'm back in Panama again and I think the owners of Oasis read Club Hombre because he has a couple of cuties there now. One is a blond with bolt ons (C.5s) and a very nice shape. Very nice face (sorry fellas my camera was broken on Saturday before I left) and she would get good scores by the gentlemen here. Her body undressed is not as stellar as with the clothes on since she has had a child. The sex was mas o menos, the bj was c'd and okay.
