I am at the Marriott in SJ Is it girl friendly? Looking for NICE accom. close beach to SJ and close to the action...and, do the taxis know where to go if you show them the name of the place in english?

Don't know if the Marriott in SJ is girl friendly, though I have never had any problem at any hotel there. The closest beach is Jaco. The Beatle Bar there has the action, and the Taxi drivers know all the spots. just usually have address written down if I am going to a remote or lesser know location.
