The Four Points, located directly across from Plaza Florida in Marbella, is nice four-star hotel. The carpeted rooms have decent furnishings and nice bathrooms. Adjacent to the hotel is a Burger King, and across the street in Plaza Florida are three of Panama City's most popular nightclubs: Liquid, Rock Cafe and Oz.

I don't know if it is guest friendly as I had a single (not double) rate room. One night my guest had no problem entering, but the next night I was charged a $50 extra person fee. I only found out about the fee at checkout. The staff was different each night, so I don't know what the actual policy is. The rates on the Sheraton website are reasonable at $90 per night or so.
