I was back in Panama at the end of August. This was a much more laid back time without Carnaval going on. I spent my time with a woman I met last time so didn’t get out. A different kind of trip but still fun!

My traveling partner made up for my lack of activity though. Two nice Colombianas from Elite II for 150 for three hours. No bar fine, but ladies drinks were 15 with a 4 drink minimum. I don’t know if he got lucky with the bar fine or if they have changed their policy. He also made the same deal at Club Miami. Those two were very nice!

Golden time was as good as promised. Great selection of ladies and $90 (by cab)

I stayed at Hotel California again. My double room was $24 a night and no question about my guest. The have changed somewhat though. They are now non-smoking. There is also a sign in the room stating that no lady guests are allowed. They remodeled the roof and are adding a weight room and hot tub.

With my native friend I did much better with cab fares. Typically 1.25 to 1.75 for 2 to most areas of the city.


This is the rainy season and they mean it. It really rains!

I’m planning my next trip for Carnaval again.
