I like to find a hotel that is chica frienly and no charge to have them come up for a wile.

Morazon, 1/2 block away. Just make it clear when you make your reservation, your not paying a fee. Sometimes the midnight clerk takes a shot at you for a fee.

Try the Presidente, La Armistad, Castillo all are guest friendly with no charge.
