I for one do not like to take chicas (hookers) to the hotel room where I sleep. (I keep my personal (valuable) stuff there and I do not want the chica I banged the night before to return the next night looking for me).

Therefore, I like to take hookers to "other" hotels that rent rooms for a few hours at a reasonable rate.

I highly recommend two quality short-time hotels in Panama City:

1. Hotel Los Arcos (Bella Vista) 011-507-225-0569 $16.50 for 3-hours. CL 44 & Av Justo and Arosemena. Higher quality facilities...great showers with quality bathroom fixtures (very hot water, fully tiled...nice, clean and neat)...a/c units blow cold, rooms are great (designed) for short-term fucking. Parking is semi-secluded.

2. Hotel Jamaica 011-507-225-9840 $13.50 for 3-hours. CL 38 and Av Cuba (Caledonia). Similar to Hotel Los Arcos. Color TV was higher quality flat screen. Furniture/beds were brand new. Very clean with ice cold a/c and piped-in music (on/off switch by bed). Bathrooms high quality fixtures but the water was only tempid warm...not scalding hot like Hotel Los Arcos. Parking is great...well lit, camera monitored and very concealed from the street.

Los Arcos would be my number one choice (because I like a nice hot shower) and then Jamaica a close second.

Both these hotels are designed for couples who want to sneak-off somewhere to fuck. They are not exactly "push-button" hotels in that they do not have a private parking garage for each room with doors that close at a push of a button...but they are similar and somewhat discreet.

Give these places a try rather than renting a cheap hotel $30 or so for 24-hours.
