An individual that I will be meeting for business offered to put me up at he Hotel InterContinental. I can't find any information about this hotel and was wondering if it is close to anything fun, whether it has a tica fee, any clubs close etc. Any help would be appreciated.

The intercontinental is a nice hotel in Escazu across from Multiplaza mall. Not really a mongering place. Nice, but not well suited for mongers. Great restaurants nearby and such. If your going to stay in Escazu on a business write off, stay at the White House. About the same price and extremely monger friendly.

Thank you! Is their another hotel that is slightly cheaper, in the same area and still friendly to mongerers (is that a word?) I will try to use the "saving the company money" excuse with him.
