RT here. We were on a recon mission a couple of weeks ago and stopped by Banos Turcos Sensaciones. I had seen their ads and website for years, but never got a chance to visit before.
We climbed up the three flights, and were met by the boss lady. We asked her to explain the costs involved, and could we see the girls. She said sure, and sure.
Massages are 40 or 50 sols, for either a half hour or hour. If you wanted to get your massage while in the steam room with your girl, your choices were 40 minutes (60 sols) or an hour (80 sols).
She explained that tips were additional, and were negotiated directly with the girl. We pressed her for a price range, and she finally volunteered that they run from 40 to 80 sols, depending. According to some posts in the Spanish forum of PeruTops, full service was going at a rate of 100 sols, so perhaps she was low-balling us slightly to help make a sale.
She told us that there were six girls working and she would bring them out. She shouted for them, and seven appeared.
Frankly, I was impressed. Two of them were very pretty, two were nice, and the other three were just on the right side of passable. They each told us their names, smiled at us, and then stared expectantly. We told the boss lady that we wanted a minute to talk it over, and the girls left. There really wasn't an opportunity to 'interview' the girls at all, but I suppose -- if you didn't mind talking in front of seven other people -- you could ask all of the questions that you wanted. Absolutely no English was spoken there at all.
The one massage room that I saw was small, and it had a standard massage table. I am sure that it is not a problem for the small girls that work there to go at it on the massage tables, but they are a pain in the butt for this, larger-sized, American guy. I did not see the sauna rooms.
If the girl selection is consistent with the chicas we saw on our visit, it would be worth stopping by another time, despite the massage tables. The girls were clearly a step up from the ones that we saw at the 30 sol 'burdel' just a couple of blocks away, and the girls at BT Sensaciones have to be lower-mileage than the girls around the corner, but the place on Petit Thouars did have actual beds, so it is an interesting decision to make.
