Several months ago I mentioned that I had a delicious cachaca on Paraty. Here are two pictures of the R$400 bottle.

I'm sure it tasted much better than the cachaça I had this evening at my hotel in Bangkok, although I'm not so sure about the snake. But hey, I'm not complaining about having easy access to cachaça on the other side of the world, particularly given it was complementary. Then again, I'm looking forward to my next visit to the Academy of Cachaça in Rio.
