Where are the street girls in Cartagena, and how safe is it to pick them up (e.g., do you want to be in a taxi) in the various places)?

Hey HM, gals usually hang out at the beach or on the streets of Laguito (tourist area with one large street). Avenida San Martin as a large road with lots of shots as well that has some gals. There are icafe's and a few casinos where its a good to meet gals. IMHO, pretty much any single gal(s) on or near the beach are "open" to suggestions and let the taxistas and dudes hanging out you are interested.

Early eve they will be hanging out outside LDV by the stairs or sitting outside by the benches...some lookers can be found.

Afternoon time you will see them strolling up and down the main street in Laguito or at the beach.

Never woke up before noon so I have no idea where they stroll in the am.

Actually two of the street girls lived in the building that I stayed at and we were swimming in the daytime in the building pool. They are pretty safe.
