RT here. The Los Delphines is a really nice hotel.
It's a $3 taxi ride from Miraflores, in a really nice neighborhood.
Rooms normally run in the low- to mid-US$100s, so, depending on the winning bid (plus $49 per night and a $20 processing fee, you could save some money if you're looking for a high-end hotel.
If you're OK with mid-range places, there are plenty in Miraflores in the $40-$80 range.
But the Delphines does have this: A pair of dolphins swimming around next to one of the restaurants. You don't see that every day.
