I was in the neighborhood, so I popped into Hotel Tac and asked to look at the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, so the girl at the desk grabbed two keys and upstairs we went.
She showed me the Premium and VIP rooms. Both had queen-sized beds, jacuzzis, were clean, carpeted and had TVs. The only difference was that the VIP room had a shower that looked very, er, involved. I did not check the less-expensive rooms.
On the down side, the rooms were fairly small and did not have a dresser, so longer-term visits (more than just a few days) probably wouldn't be that great.
On the other hand, if you were to leave a club with a girl, and couldn't/don't want to go to wherever it is you are sleeping, you could do much, much worse. This place is clean, it didn't seem like they ask too many questions, they have room service and wi-fi, and you are across the street from a large supermarket... and all for $18. And that's the 24-hour rate, not just six hours.
