Oh man did I ever get waylaid...

Shortly after I posted I got the googly eyes from a hot little half japanese spinner. We had sushi, went over all the details, settled on price (300 down from 500) and were finishing our drinks we she said "ja volto" and went over to talk to some guy she apparently knew. After 20 minutes of death stares from me she walks out with the guy.

I was so pissed I just left.

Total tab: $240 + $40 x2 for taxi... R$320 and nada

Got back to the apt and called a chick from chantilly.com.br who was totally a cold fish. I gave her the SPGF (Sao paulo gringo fuck) and kicked her out. Down another 250.

Expensive and quite horrific night by anyones standards.

Thank god I'm here for work so I can't really complain.

about that mitch. I think only 75 of the 150 goes to consumption though. Not sure on the room price, I was going to take her back to my place. I think it'll be hard to get these girls below 300 before 2 am.

Mitch, as of last summer, R$200 was good to go at Connection. Maybe with some negotiation, but quite a bit cheaper than Bomboa or Escandelo.

Based on my limited market research last year, Connection is the place to go. It is all remodeled and really nice.

So, Mitchc, take one for the team and hit both Scandallo and Connection.

I was here last Wednesday night. Pretty amazing. I'm going to guess that there were about maybe 200 girls or more. Place was very crowded but there were still plenty of available girls to talk to. I do remember that entry was a staggering $R200 but I don't remember how much of that was consumption. I think the beers might have been about $R20. Some of the same bartenders from 10 years ago. Other than the cost, it's pretty difficult to understand how this is not the most popular place to hobby. There was a huge number of 8-9's. Place seemed even more awesome than back in the old days. I did not session and I'm really not sure how much they were asking for or the room charges.

I returned to Scandallo on Thursday night. There must have been at least 200 girls there, and most were damn hot. I'd say the talent was on par with the 2002-2005 days. The ratio was also pretty decent. There was a good amount of customers there but just so many girls. I can't remember what the cover charge was. I'm sure that $70R did not go to consumption and that the beers were $35R! I quickly found a perfect looking 19 year-old spinner. She was decent in the room but not great. Her looks outweighed any shortcomings. I think I talked her down to $350R. She definitely started at $500R and was pretty tough to negotiate with. This didn't used to be so difficult! I can't remember the room charge but it might have been around $180R. These numbers are tough to deal with but the talent really worked for me. I will probably just try to spend all my time here on my next trip and not bother with clubs that end up having only undoables.

It was expensive as hell. I went about 3 weeks ago. I can't recall the breakdown, but knew i was not getting out of there for less than 700 reais. 35 for a beer. Women were damn hot, i agree.

I chilled out as long as possible since only one session was going to be even remotely affordable for me. A skinny 8.5-9 who I had sessioned with on my last visit came up to say hello. I had seen her earlier but totally did not recognize her. We settled on $350R (same as last time) and went up. Room charge is $150, which really hurts. Had a totally awesome session. Can't remember the total damage but it was well north of $720R, probably a bit over $800R. Obviously that hurts but at least I got a phone number and can session at motel on next trip. Also, she has 20 yo sister who works out of Foto who I can session with now also.

Ouch! But the eye candy in Scandallo makes the pain more tolerable, for sure. Were you getting BBBJs from the Scandallo girls? Some posts on the Brazilian boards suggest that CBJs are becoming common. That would be an absolute deal-breaker at these prices.
