pop. 14k, elev 3324m. located between riobamba & cuenca. travelers come to this small town to ride on top of the roof of the ¨world´s most dangerous train¨ thru Nariz del Diablo. wasnt even scary at all. a new nite club El Barú opening soon on hillside above town on main road to Cañar.
