My first half dozen trips I stayed at hotels, Park 101, Embassy Suits in Rosales and my favorite Estelar la Fontana near centro commercial.
But my last 10 trips or so I stay in a very nice apartment in the north. For me it's a trade off. I will deal with the Taxi rides in exchange for a high level of safety, a full time maid and a great rate, $100 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment with security and no chica fees. It is especially good when one of my wingmen come along. $50 a night each, a large apartment to entertain the girls, I love it.To each his own.

Ask for John
btw, he has 4 or 5 apartments in a 2 block area, all of them very nice. Also if staying in the apartment you won't need to bring a lot of clothes, the apartment has a washer and dryer. Just ask carmine the maid to wash your stuff. I always have her press all my shirts on my first day. A full time maid is the only way to fly.

We stayed at GHL Comfort Hotel Los Heroes, Calle 74 # 15-60 Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Colombia. It is walking distance to Zona Rosa and Chapinero. They allowed girls day or night for $25 per visit. It worked for us.
