I am thinking of renting an apartment in Medellin during my trip there. I was looking in the Patio Bonito area.
Is this a good area? It says that it is close to everything.
Some of you Medellin pros help me out.
If this is not a good area, where should I be looking?

Very nice area in poblado.. Right below avenida poblado.. You can walk up the hill to a taxi or the casino is right there on the corner.

I am just finishing up a 6 month rental of a very nice two beadroom apartment in the Castropol area (Just north of El Poblado), one block from Ave Poblado. It is on the 14th floor of a nice building, swiming pool, gym, view. I paid $COP 1,900,000/month, which I found to be much less than comparable places. If you are interested, please contact me.
