Hellas is a bar on Vicente Lopez between Pueyrredon and Azcuenega. It's between the bars Toreto and Sodoma. Cover in August 2013 was 150 pesos. I had read a strong warning to stay away from this place, but it was very vague. The same source cited similar warnings about places I've had no problems with so I'm not sure what to think. I had some money issues at the time so I didn't check it out, maybe next time I'm in Argentina.
