Toreto is a bar on Vicente Lopez between Pueyrredon and Azcuenega. It's to the left of the bars Hellas and Sodoma. Cover in August 2013 was 100 pesos. I couldn't find any good information on the bar. I had planned to check it out but ran out of time and energy, maybe next time I'm in Argentina.

Oh, I forgot to mention this place used to be called Brut a year prior, but that was the extent of any recent information I could find.
