Today I finally went to Kilt. It's a work night so I went there at 9pm (opening time) and nabbed a pretty nice looking morena who spoke decent English.

I know I'm only speaking to myself at this point. But I had a great time at two places and for relatively cheap.

Scandallo and Bomboa still lead for quality but at a price. I am under the impression that Cafe Foto and Bahamas Hotel also are high quality but at even a larger price. If you want high end, stick with Scandallo & Bomboa. All in $950R (Food, Drink, Room, Girl)

2nd tier but still very good is Kilt. I went there twice and given the lower entrance fee and the cheaper hotel, you'll spend $400R less. Quality is good, but not the level of others. All in $600R (Drink, Room, Girl).

3rd tier, the Rua Augusta clubs. They are basically the same, all about $300R all in (drink, room, girl).

4th tier, the escorts. I say 4th tier because I only did it once but it was $400R all in (Girl and Room, no drinks available). Quality will vary, I liked the look of the girl but I didn't like her rushing me.

5th tier and frankly at this point I'd avoid them are Prives. They are scattered throughout the city, hard to find, no websites for the most part, and the talent is almost not doable. All in $150R, but you get what you pay for. The one exception here is American Center. It was $180R and was a good value for I'd say decent girls. Don't expect a 10 here and you'll be OK.
