I know a lot of the girls allow you to take pictures. But I wanted to know if any of you guys ever filmed any of these girls "in the act" or ever tried to. Is it hard to convince them, do you have to pay them more, did you have any luck, etc. Wondering if I should bother bringing the camcorder.

The truth is, ALOT of them won't even allow you to take pics of them, nevermind video. You might get lucky and catch one who is a really wild and she might let you film her, but I highly doubt it. The best you MIGHT get is for them to allow you to film them dancing (fully clothed). Best suggestion, try a terma girl. Be prepared to spend mega dollars.

I have to disagree. I have had a lot of success taking videos of the girls, inside and outside of the termas. All I've ever had to do was discuss it with the girl before we went to the cabine.

Did you get any hassles bringing in the camcorder? Kind of difficult hiding it under your robe I would guess. What reaction did you get from most of the garotas? Did they ask for more $$$? I saw from your posts that you had done a good deal of camcorder work inside the termas'. Any other advice?

My experiences:
1)Never was extra $$ ask for pics/video.
2)Girl will agree/disagree upfront.
3)Will indicate whether you can capture her face in the footage, and recently caution you not to post on Internet.(Be aware that more and more of these girls are having access, usually by some fellow monger trying to impress)
4) Size does matter (of your camera that is) so try to get a small one that you can slip in your robe's pocket. Do not bring it with you in the bar/boite!!!
5) Tipping the clockroom attendant in the termas, can be helpfull as she can cause problems while you are collecting your camera, and she notices this.
6) Lighting in the cabinas (especially at Centaurus and 4x4) is not great especcialy for video footage.(Any know of enhancement software to enhance dark video footage,please inform me??)
7) Try to get as much footage as possible, there are great for memories while back home

I was responding to Scotty's question about filming yourself and the girls "in the act". There is a BIG difference in most garotas comfort level bewteen you filming them smiling,dancing and actually allowing you to film them giving a BJ or giving anal!!

BT, the girls let you film them having sex? All the videos I have seen that you posted show the girls either posing or dancing. I believe its not too difficult to video a girl (especially a terma girl) dancing, but when it comes to filming your own porno.....

I'll try to answer this in two pieces.

I have a Sharp N 550Z. It is a mini DV camera. Most mini DVD cameras are reasonably small and can be easily hidden when sneaking into the cabine. I always discuss with the girl in the boite beforehands. That is absolutely the best time because the girl is trying to close the deal and is more likely to agree to things at that point.

Next, I go with the girl to the cabine. She leaves to change clothes, and I leave to go downstairs to get the camera. Lately, I haven't even been that subtle. I have a camera bag, and I just bring the whole bag up the stairs with me. No one has ever said anything.

As far as the girls getting filmed in the act, it really depends on the girl. For example, I have filmed two girls doing each other fairly extensively, and they have always agreed. I have not tried to get girls to film me and her because I am not into that too much. Although a few times, a girls gets kind of hot and starts doing me when I am still filming. So Thumper, I certainly think it is possible to get a full video of your romp with the garota, just make sure you ask before hand.

I brougt a Cannon powershot s330 which is about a size of a cigarette pack and a leather cigarette case. It fit perfectly in the pocket of the terma robes. I had no problem sneaking the camera in except terma Centaurus the locker lady attendant busted me. The camera is fantastic in low light conditions. There were many times I thought the shot would not come out right but with the powerful flash it came out good. Most of the termas I don't think you need a pocket camera. Once you strike the deal with the girl and get the cabin just run down to your locker and get your camera and bring it up to the room. Also all the girls I took pictures I negotiated up front. If you seem nice and a alright guy and treat them nice and assure them you won't post them on the net some girls will have no problem letting you take pictures of them. If that doesn't work you can offer them cash. Terma 4x4 I did not have one girl refuse me to take pics of them. Maybe I was lucky. I was in Rio for 2 weeks and did about 15 girls with pics of each one what great memories! I hope this helps.

Rio Rob, I have a couple of questions for you. Did you have to get a written release form signed from those girls before you ceated the DVDs for sale? What about the pictures on the beach and hotel rooms? Did the girls sign release forms for those too?

I am only asking because I was under the impression that anything in a private setting (hotel, house) needs a written release, versus public areas (beach, boat) needs no release forms. Can you elaborate for the board please.

I hope for your sake you told those girls that you planned on creating a video for sale. If you didn't, I feel real bad for you if they ever figure out it was you. You might be in for a very nasty surprise the next time you go to Rio.

you do not need release forms from hotels unless their trademarks are visable.
this is hardly enforced. Houses you need nothing.

He needs releases from each girl along with id's.
Say if you were to complain about a girl on his site or video about her age. He needs proof that she is 18 or over.
The releases are for the producer such as Robbie Rio to prove she gave him permission to use her in a video.
If he doesnt have any of these he legally cannot sell the video or place the pictures on his site as his property.

What about the girls of "Girls Gone Wild"? I don't think many of those girls signed any releases! On top of that many of those girls are obviously intoxicated which could negate any consent on their part.

Milkman, you are 100% correct. I just talked to three of my boys who are in the video/internet business in Brasil and they confirmed what you just said. What Rio Rob is doing in illegal! By videotaping the girls on the boat and then selling them on the internet without each and every single girls written release, he is violating the law.

Atomic Dog, I saw a special they did on "GGW" on PrimeTime about 10 months ago and believe it or not, he does get written releases from the girls flashing the camera. Granted most were drunk off their ass but they did sign the paper. They were interviewing the girls afterward who were upset once the videos hit the market. But the guy who produces the tapes was like "Hey, they signed a release form. how do I know how drunk she was, I'm not a police officer". By the way that dude, makes killing of those tapes!!! Private Jet, mansions around the world etc...

Right now there are lots of lawsuits pending against all these wild video companies because girls or friends of the girls will see them on video and say hey did you know you were on tape?

They have already settled out of court with a few girls and now when they shoot make sure they get the release forms signed.

You do bring up a good point on being drunk when signing and some release forms will include -

They were suggesting that these were documentary films and didn't need such releases. But once you start interacting with the people you are filming it is no longer considered a documentary.

Not to bring up a bad subject but this is sort of what has been talked about recently there are companies in the USA that legally produce underage videos and call them documentaries.
One of the most famous is Brazil video. This company I believe has 2 offices one in New York and the other In Los Angeles and they do not have releases or ids on their videos because they produce Documentaries or Lifestyle videos in which one of those types are protected under law.
Just a quick note that these videos do not have sexual content but just girls on the beaches topless and sometimes bottomless.

These companies will go to Rio and the French Riviera and film underage girls from a distance along with their familles but mostly the girls and will sell them as Lifestyle videos and do not need any release forms or ids. And this is deemed legal to do. Once in a while they will have a legal hassle but they sell these videos for like 50 fucks a piece and have top lawyers in their pockets.

Its a wacky law but they do it.
Isn't the USA a great place you can kill someone and get probation. Film underage girls and do it legal through loopholes but if you Try to pick up a prostitute they will fuck you for life!

Concerning cameras and permission:

I bought the Kodak DCN-290, it is no longer made, but you can still find one on ebay. The joy of this camera is that it can be set to automatically take a picture every 60 seconds. If you bring a girl back to your hotel or apartment, and set the camera facing the bed, she will probably feel comfortable that you are not taking pics. This may sounds sleazy to some of you, but it is a great way to get more shots.

As far as video is concerned, back at your room (not at a terma) just put your camcorder in a bag with a hole in it, turn it on, stack some newspapers/clothes/etc on top of it, make it look well hidden, film away!

Sounds like a good way to get lousy photos. I think you're talking about photos for your private collection, since such photos would not be salable these days. Years ago, I've used a camera on a tripod, hooked to the TV so we could watch, but it wasn't worth watching.

I can't post the videos I took in Rio recently, but I got some good aboveboard pictures holding the camera. Unfortunately, I tended to be distracted, so they're short. But they're in focus, the action is more or less centered, and they're close enough that you can see what's going on. At least half the garotas didn't have any problem, as long as I promised them that I would keep them private.
