Rob, you still have not answered whether you got a release form from the girls. I hope you did for three reasons.


1) Its stupid acts like this that fuck it up for everybody!!! For the past 3 years, more and more guys have been complaining how difficult it is to get pics, this is a perfect example of why!


2) It is illegal for you to film these girls and then sell them on a video without a release form. I have friends who are in the business in Brasil and they informed me of the legal ramifications. You wouldn't be the first American who was sued because of something they filmed in Rio.

3) If these girls figure out what you did without their permission. THATS YOUR ASS!!! Don't be surprised if you get your ass kicked the next tine you showup in Rio.

Thumpster not only that but it ruins it for others that are legit and or people that want to take innocent photos/video for their personsal use.

many moons ago there was a dumb gringo here in TJ filming girls even tho it was illegal. I knew the guy and warned him but he didnt listen.
After filming about 3 videos a girl set him up for the 4th one.
The cops came in took his shit and arrested him.
there is a lot more to it but he never got his equipment back and had to pay thousands to stay out of jail. I know this for a fact as he asked me for pesos and had to borrow some Xl1's from me for some future shoots.

Thats what I mean by my first comment, "Fucking it up for everybody". Normal guys who want to take pics for themselves and their buddies have to deal with girls who are camera shy, because they think the photo or video will wind up on the internet.

Another thing that just occured to me, since he didn't bother to get release forms. It means he probably didn't check IDs, so there is a chance that he might have underage girls on that video. I have stated in the past that I knew there were underage girls on Kenny's boat, good chance that this guy videotaped one of them.

There was a guy named Bob who used to videotape Carnaval and girls on the beach, then go back home and sell them. Turns out one of the girls on the tape saw the video of herself and her sister topless on the beach. She took him to court and won a big settlement against him.

Interesting discussion re releases...has anyone ever had legal grief from photos taken of chicas and published on Club Hombre??

I have known mongers that have been axed about photos on the net and the only reason why is because some sad wimpy monger who fell in love with a working girl printed out the photos and showed them to the girl.
I think Hombre has done a good job with the security of the photos on this site and I know it is diffucult to print out the photos now.

Dood, not sure if your asking about Brasil or the States. The laws in Brasil are different than the states when it concerns photos and video in public places.

I do know the set of twins from Rio that sued the American in court. One travels all over the place in the states staying with various guys she has met in Rio. Awesome life! She just goes from state to state staying at different guys places and they show her the best of their city while she is in town.

The other is married to an American, actually he was the one who saw the video tape and made her go to court. (In a weird twist of fate, she just happened to live in the same city where this guy sells his video tapes) Apparently, her husband wasn't too happy seeing his new bride on video applying lotion to her twin sister while topless on the tape.

They took Bob to court and sued him because he didn't have a release form authorizing his use of their images on his video. The judge awarded her a serious judgement against him.

For your info Thumper a got a release form from everybody on the boat. It was my boat party, not Kenny's. The girls got paid well.
