Most escort services are rip-offs, pure and simple. Just to show you what a mess it is, recently several escort services in Miami have been caught using photos of Brazilian top actresses! So imagine how bad the Rio agencies get...

My tips for using agencies:

Don't even bother asking for a specific girl, just ask for the most beautiful blond, brunette, whatever that they have onhand, and ask for one with a good attitude.

If you really do want a specific girl, pretend that you've been out with her before when askignfor her from the receptionist. That way you have some chance of getting the truth about whether she is available.

With very few exceptions (which I list below), NEVER use an agency that uses a cell phone as their main number. It's easy to tell if their # is a cell - all cell phone numbers start with a 9, so a Rio cell number, for instance is 021 (area code) 91234567.

For all outcalls, make sure that you only pay the girl after services, if not hang up the phone.

I don't mind using free lancers but have stopped using agencies. Photos just lie. A 5 can become a 9 just too easily.
