I don't think you will be able to find anyplace where ALL the girls are a 9 or 10. For the most part, the girls will be between 6-8 with a few 9 and 10s. I would recomend going to Barbellas or to Centaraus to find a nice selection of girls. You can expect to pay about 200-300R depending on the girl. Some might ask for 200-300US but they are just testing to see if you are a sucker, no reason at all to ever pay those prices. Too bad you won't be there during Carnival because thats when alot of girls come to Rio to make some fast money.

There are some escort agencies in Rio that cater strictly to the high rollers, guys who have the "money is no problem" attitude. However I am not privy to them, my pockets are not that deep. This agency gets girls from dancers on TV shows to Playboy models, however they ask for BIG money. Anywhere from 3-10 thousand dollars a night. I only know about the agency because a buddy of mine comes from a rich family, his father owns about 25 buildings in Rio and he told me about it. I think it would be better financialy to just stick with the tourist spots in Copa, why spend 5 thousand dollars for a 10 when you can spend 300Rieas for a 10?

That's why you need to check the books for multiple garotas. My limited experience 5 garotas from 5 different agencies, all photos matched the garotas but I'd be weary of mag layouts as opposed to regular photo shoots.

If I were looking for fiestas, I'd look at the Barra Vips, Agencia Models and Loren's books as many stunners on web site. If no dice, I'd look at Roberta Agencia book as Paula is nice and may be helpful setting up a fiesta. Their book had only about 25 to 30 ladies, only 2 or 3 10's. I know other books are available of amateur garotas, ask the hotel clerk. Like the clerk at hotel rio roiss told me, "if you do not want to have sex with a prostitute, there are books of 'low mileage garotas' (my words here)".
I would think you'd need several days advance notice to set this up.

It was thrilling though. I was very tense when I arrived there. It is somewhat uncomfortable if you are caucasian but I settled in quickly enough with a couple of R1 tall Skols.

I haven't been to Vila Mimosa either but I think that Wilco's post sums it up. It is in the middle of a slum. It sounds like a great, cheap adventure but I think that you'd have to be kinda drunk to go looking for 10's there. If you're looking for the Brazilian version of Bo Derek and truly intend to find her, I'd look in Help, Barbarella's, or maybe some of the highend escort agencies.

1) Rate looks 8 to 10
2) Rate desire to work 8 to 10
3) Rate price from R20 to what you can spend 10 being the highest of the lowest price
4) Rate personality 1 thru 10 and 10 being the best
5) Rate how well she take care of her body
(wash and detail) doesn't cost much if you know what I mean???

IF you add up your total score and it in the forty to fifthy range then you will have yourself a 9 or 10 that in it self will be a great GFE night unless you don't care about these things .

Buttom line is look isn't the key to a 10

I went to Vila Mimosa with 3 other guys that I met at Meia Pataca. One of them had been there the day before and regaled us with the scene there. He got us interested so we all decided to take a cab there around dusk. It cost R20 and took about 20 minutes. It was on a side street off Ave. Presidente Vargas. It had open air bars on both sides of the street. It was very condensed. It had alleyways with other bars. GIRLS WERE EVERYWHERE. Some were obviously underage. Most were either mulata or outright black. The cost was R20 plus R5 for the cubible. It was all so deliciously low. Cervezas were very cheap. The bar I hung out in had a jukebox. They even had food stands that served some delicous grilled meats. People were just there to have a good time. Each one of us had 2 girls there. We stayed for about 3 hours and walked back about 200 meters to Ave. Presidente Vargas(a mistake in retrospect but nothing happened) to catch a cab. All in all it was memorable.

Friend of mine who's a VP in a tech company just came back from Rio with something I've heard of but never actually experienced. After business on the last day of his trip the people he was with ( all tech execs) took him out to dinner and then around 9 p.m went to this house in Ipanema. I agree with rock3times. Brazil is a tiered class society with a small, but powerful elite sitting on top and controlling main business interests and government. With their money and influence they can score the most beautiful girls and keep them as mistresses and GFs. But the higher status symbol is to date a famous model or actress, someone who is covered in the media and considered glamorous and gorgeous. They also "import" girls from other countries, particularly Europe. Claudia Schiffer types are in high demand and are considered much more desirable than your average ho-hum local morena garota. Those are too easy and common. Not worth bragging about to your friends.
Unless you are tight with some of these guys, you are out of luck getting into one of these parties. Typically they take place in a kept GF's apartment in Ipanema or Leblon. Well, Hombres, all good things must come to an end. I've been made head of software development and going to South Africa for two years. I hear the scene there is pretty good but I doubt it's better than Rio. So I've decided to blow the proceeds from the sale of my car on a 4 day trip to Rio next week. I've booked a suite at the Mar Ipanema. I'm thinking of doing termas in the early evening and Barbarella's late evening. So any suggestions are welcome as I will have no time for trial and error. Try the downtown termas early in the day.Between 3 and 5. The ratio is wonderful (10/1) and there are no other guys competing for the view, Also the girls are fresh.Rio Antigo or 4x4 are good choices.

Villa Mimosa is a red light district for the locals.Loud, dirty, crowded and exciting. A knowledge of Potugese is a must and it is not a venue to be visited alone. Problem is to find the real stuff.

Loren is run by a notorious bad character who notoriously sends you girls different from the photos, changes prices once he notices you are foreigner, etc. Price is 300 to 400 R$. Though some guys even liked even the switched girls. If you are adventorous, try.

Roberta was a good traditional agency, I think they closed 1-2 years ago.

All these venues require lots of money, time, risk. You might be amply rewarded, but be prepared for lots of disappointments!!

Barravips is worth trying more, I heard some good things about them. But bad things also:
