Yeah, shit I'm gonna miss it by a week.

There are always chicas to be had in Cali for sure. However, this 1 week - Feria week stands above the other 51 weeks you may happen to be in Cali. Usually girls from other cities liek Medellin, Bogota and Popayan show up on the 25th and 26th as the 24th is X-mas eve and it is a BIG family holiday for them....do not expect to hit any of the casas or dance clubs on the 24th -everything is closed, and you'd better have met a non-pro that you can cuddle up to should you find yourself in Cali that day and spend time with her and her family!

I would strongly suggest you take your Uncle Batman's advice. Christmas and Holy Weeks are, IMHO, the worst times to visit unless it is a novia. BIG time for the family to be together and the most expensive time to travel. BUT, during Feria, a blind hog can score.

It's well before Christmas and I get out just when high season is kicking in, so I'm hoping it'll be alright.

I'm going to be in Cali the 24th of January through the 15th of February. I've been to Mexico many times, as well as Costa Rico, Brazil, and Thailand, but never Columbia. [I assume you bought this place as you've admitted on another website- the one I think I inadvertedly turned you on to by referring to it on the message board.] I had penciled in a stay at this place for a spring 2004 trip to Cali (my first). I'm still interested in staying there. Will you be maintaining their pricing schedule (which seems pretty reasonable)? Also, I'm interested to know what kind of angle you are running as a "guide." Are your 50 girls pros, semis, or what? On the "other" site you represent that you're just going to introduce women who want to meet American men- plain and simple. Of course the members of that site want nothing to do with pros. On this site I assume anyone wanting to use your services or your house are looking for some fine Colombian pussy- plain and simple. Of course I have more than Alondra - if you followed the posts on the other board, I just purchased the house from the bed and breakfeast owner - and I have asked him to keep the other site up since it too generates business for me - they simply are forwarded it to me.

If you have already made reservations, by making a deposit I will honor it - otherwise - a new price structure is in place. I will not forget however that you are an Hombre - so a discount is available of course.

On the other site - I only promote non-pros which is why you see Alondra..of course I'm gonna have the Pros for all the mongers on this board! I plan on making this the Bunny Ranch of Cali if all goes according to plan.

I just threw a site up, just to start getting the word out - I will have it more professionally done over the next month or so.

9 days to Cali and beautiful women running the streets at the Cali Feria! Yahooooo!!!

The temparature here is HOT (32-35). The amazing thing though is that as you walk down the streets on a typical sunny day you won't see (m)any Calenas sweating.

Now is the rainy season. You can almost set your watch by it, especially in south Cali. 3PM=rain.

I'm not speaking for Batman (I don't even know the guy personally), but I would read some of the many posts on Planetlove.com (latin message board) and Caligringo.com website concerning Batman's Cali operation. Most of it is negative bantering about many things that were misrepresented or overrepresented by Batman and his being "da man" in Cali. Seems like he has a lot of enemies as a result. I have no first hand knowledge of anything, but I've read enough that my warning flags are all up. Just from the reading over three separate message boards, I've read several different versions of his "stories" that he has zero credibility in my book- unless he can convince me I'm wrong or jumping to conclusions. I'd be careful before giving money to some "local expert," even if it's just for a place to stay (apparantly, "his" house was not even "his" house, he got kicked-out of it--even after he told us about how he bought the place). Beware...

Hey, I don't know Batman personally either. And I'm not going to play an apologist here. But when the NYE plans turned south he did write to advise me later.

Anyway, most business transactions here are accompanied by a little bravado - or else this wouldn't be Colombia. On the other hand, if anyone lost $$$ on this deal, they should do a PSA, come forward, and let us know..........

Below is what I posted on a thread on TSM, regarding problems with Batmans so called house:

First of all I would like to say that I do not know Batman or Rockman, I can't comment on the reasons why Rockman was kicked out of the house, but I have been told by other people who I know, the following.

Batman posted on another male travel site that he had bought a house in Cali and was planning to rent it to TSM like minded people, also that there would be many girls to meet at the house, he posted the pictures of the house, with several pretty girls in them.

But the first part wasn't true, he had made a deal with the owners of the house to get people for them, he had never purchased the house. Secondly the photos that he put on the other website of the girls, were copied from another report (on Panama I think). The pictures from that report were already in dispute and some people were claiming that he copied them from somewhere else.

The people I know don't think he is dishonest, just very foolish, so hopefully you will get your money back Rockman.

To all those interested... I just sent Rockman his refund yesterday. Now, let me clarify all of these doubts rumors and postings.

I originally met Charles back in July '03. I stayed at his Condo in Cali. He later came down to FL w/his wife where he was conducting some business with a Jewelry Store (C owns a jewelry store and I even puchased a 2K chain from him - which he clearly overcharged me for, that's another story) and I took him and his wife out to dinner and a boat ride at which point he mentioned to me that he was interested in selling his Condo in Cali - I kicked the idea around for 2 months and decided that I would buy the Condo and he just kept selling it to me too high - everytime we negotiated, his wife wanted more money - it seems she is the decision maker in the family. He wanted 150K (USD) - I thought to myself that I can buy a 4 BD house w/ private pool for that amount in Colombia - not a Condo, and decided to just start a small touring biz to see how that goes. I would pay C his room rates, and I would just charge for my tours and translations.If all went well - we can revisit the idea of purchasing, and at that time I thought I was also helping out a friend (Big mistake)

C liked that idea, since he was not generating enough income in Cali to keep his house booked, he then started soliciting my clients himself as to bypass me (First red flag), telling them that if they skip me, they pay half, then before arriving in Cali his wife did not want the pool party at the house - after I had made an investment in time, flyers, resevations for the pool merely becuase she knew there were going to be dozens of girls running aroung in bikinis.

Now, I told Charles that my group of guys would bring girls to the house, and he had no problems at first. I also told Rockman that if he were to bring PROS'S TO THE HOUSE TO KEEP IT DISCREET. He did not, and Charle's wife got very angry..at which point we were all thrown out - (Admin: See note below) Now, I don't know where he met these girls, I think they were just amateur girls, anyway this all happened the night after I told him we were thrown out and Charles became verbally very angry, and at that point told us to pack our stuff and get the F**k out! I had just arrived to the house when this was happening, and I did not know what the F**k was going on except hearing C screaming bloody murder in my face telling me to get the F**k out. Now, to Rockmans credit - no sex took place, it was just dancing in his room, but regardless, Charles did not want him there at this point.

The pool party, and all future events were cancelled - I tried to set up the pool party at the Intercontinetal, but they did not allow people who were not staying at the hotel to use the pool - fine, let me just get a room I said, but that was not satisfactory either, for any girl that showed up was not allowed to use the pool - bummer. Now, I am not pointing fingers here..but if I really were running a shady business, I would not have returned Rockman's money to him just recently...although he is much the blame as anyone else. Sure, I mentioned that I bought the house, but that is because I really did plan on buying it and closing the deal if this went well - so that was just putting the horse before the carriage - no harm done. Let's face it - Charles was told that guys would bring back girls to the house, and his wife ended up not liking that. (Admin: See note below)

There are other hombres that were in Cali and know me personally and know that I would never try to shaft anyone...just ask Lamuerte - he was there in Cali when all of this blew up and has met Rockman. FLmonger also has met me. Now, I returned 95% of Rockmans money and just deducted what Charles charged me for his room, and the taxi that I paid to pick him up at the airport.
Lastly, I have been an Hombre for many years, if indeed I was looking for a way to scam somebody..I would have thought about something years ago.

I will not post anymore about this incident as it was a nightmare for me...but that is the whole ugly truth.

Charles also got his money from me even after he threw us out of the house...

I have decided not to continue this endeavor anymore elsewhere.

Now, there are some hombres here that like to entertain themselveas and continue gossiping and spreading rumors like hens in a farm and copy and paste stuff around from other boards - I am not associated with any other board, and as far as I am concerned, everyone has had their money returned, and even C just received his last payment yesterday for which he now owes me the return of over $400 in PS2 games I did not retrieve.

This whole thing sucked - and I learnd some very valuable lessons.

This will be all I have to say..this subject is officially dead on my part now that everyone got their money from me refunded.

I am just gonna stick with having fun!

He gave me great advice for my San Andrés and Providencia trip. He offers dive trips to Gargonia on Colombia's west coast (Pacific), and a live-aborad to the next further away location from there (something with an "M" I believe).

Rambo, the only other one I know about is http://www.lafeemme.com/cali.htm. But beware they seem to use models on their sites and you need to speak basic Spanish, but you can keep sending the gals back w/taxifare if you don't like them. I've tried the site in MDE and Cali and although some of the gals were not as advertised, some of them are still doable.

Cali has a pretty good non-pro scene, and the casas are still up decent. Floras Frescas always has one or two hotties. Check out the classified ads in their paper for freelancers as well, got lucky a few times.

Hey Rambo, thanks for the kind words. Too bad the Plaza De Las Americas is under construction as that hotel is where I usually stay w/no hassles.

I've not stayed in the IC, and often shy away from the nicer hotels in Colombia b/c of the chica problems or the stares. They'll likely take down the ID of the gal for your reference.

But my thinking is, if you need a gal to check in with you and to take care of you the first night, you may try to tell them your chica is delayed and will be checking in afterwards or you can drop your bags off at the hotel and make a beeline to Floras Frescas or Faraon/Faraon Del Norte. The two Faraon clubs usually have very laid back and fun girls who'll be open to assisting you. 3 months ago they had 2 really cute spinners, one of them was named Leyva.

Rambo, I'm looking forward to your updates. Last trip, the place to check out was Chipichape Mall at night (espec. weekend), they have several beer kiosks where a lot of young beautiful non-pros go in groups to socialize and pickup. Have never had a group of gals refuse a beer sent over to them, sometimes they'll want to accompany you to Ave. Sexta for club hopping and more.

Rambo: I was reading about this place called Rectificadora Motornorte (661-6759 in Cali) - apparently a local place. Very large place, with lots of rooms - 100% local scene so it's very affordable. Lots of girls who just moonlight for spare cash. Give it a try and let us know...not much info coming out of Cali

Rambo, it's kinda tricky for a non-local to get a SIM Card in Colombia, it's also expensive and time consuming I found out. I got my SIM by asking a galfriend to get one for me, which she did in a few hours.
