Last January, I went to the bar called "Pipper" in Buenos Aires, between Esmeralda and Paraguay street. It was a Thursday night. There were a few middle aged women and some drunk client. 2 beers costed me 30 Pesos. There was a dance performed by a blond girl, not very pretty. The choice of women was fairly limited and not of my test. The other bars next to Pipper might be better. I just went back home, I am more an escort user than a bar hunter.

Conclusion: avoid Pipper, especially if you spend a short time in Buenos Aires.
