Anyone know more about this city's scene? There are European charter flights that go there every week, so there must be a reason why horny Europeans guys are swooping in week and week (as they do in Fortaleza).

Just got back from Natal and Pipa. Pipa is a small beach town approx. 1 1/2 hour drive from Natal. This is low season and there were not that many tourists here now. The ones that were there were mostly Europeans and we were the only 4 Americans. Local Brasileiras are subpar with those in bigger cities such as Rio and Sao Paulo. It has one discotech in town but we did not go after flying in with so many connections and not enough sleep. We tried to go do the Dune buggy ride the next day but we got rained on so we canceled the rest of the day's activity.

Natal is a larger and nicer city compare to Pipa. We went to the mall to check out the local Brasileiras and they were quite beautiful and on par with larger cities. We went to the main area for P4P...which is Porto Negro. Porto Negro is a small beach front area...a smaller version of Southbeach in Miami but not as spectacular. There are many shops and restaurants with live bands playing outside. Between 9:00PM - 12:00AM there are garotas de programa walking along the side walk looking for company. Mixed in with the working girls there are also many transvestites looking for business. It was really difficult to tell who's who..unless you have the ladies point out the TVs to you.

After 11:30PM the action moves to a bar known as Chacucaracha (sp?). It is about one block off the beach and is similar to the Terraco in Rio. The bar has two main floor where guys and girls mingle and socialize. There is also a discotech connects to the bar downstair from it, with no cover. The price ranges from R$100 - R$200 for 3 hours or all night...depending on the girls.

It seemed as though most hotels (pousadas) here do not allow working girls inside so using love motels is the prefer method. We stayed in a Pousada called Castanheira and paid R$70/per night lodging. It has a very nice room, shower, AC and nice beds and a pool, and breakfast is included. Everything here is cheaper than Rio interms of the ladies, food, drink and lodging. We only stayed one day and one night here as we were hurry to get back to Rio for a lot more actions.

I will be going Recife in August 04 and would like to know if you or any one could tell me about any hotel or apartment that would allow me to take girls back for the night.

I will also be traveling to Fortaleza and Natal if any one knows any hotels or apartment there too.

I would really appreciate it and would be greatful for any information or tips
