The BINGO Casino on Copacabana Ave. just before Blockbuster is open very late if not all nite and has an ATM inside.

Does anyone know of some good long term apartments or truthful agents? I'm tired of the tours of bomb shelters.

Try Vera at vera@rioapart.com. She's been getting my cousin and me good oceanfront apartments for several years, picks me up at the airport. Nice lady, with integrity. She had me return a cash deposit to a guy from my town who arrived at LAX without a visa, and of course, couldn't get to Rio for Carnaval.

The atm in the bingo parlor do you know if it charges any fees for using it?

All ATM's in Rio and everywhere else have fees. If you get larger amounts it cuts the %.
