Entrance to the club is free. The best nights are Wednesdays and Fridays, although there is a lot of action on Thursday and Saturday as well. Typically, there are only a few girls around prior to 9:00 pm. After 10 on weekdays and 11 on Saturday things begin to heat up. There ia a live show around 10:00 pm and typically one every 30 minutes, depending on the size of the crowd. The girls are of all types, and range in age from 18 to 30's. Drink prices are normally around 20,000 Pesos. There are rooms upstairs for your pleasure with a lady or you can leave with one. Either way, there is a multa, or fee, of about 60,000 Pesos. It is up to you to make arrange the price with the lady. Prices can run from 100,000 to 200,000 Pesos depending on the girl.

Casanova is one of three nightclubs located right next to each other. Casanova and Extasis are separated by an empty building (while I was there) that looked like a closed-down nightclub. Copacabana is across the street. These three clubs are located in an area known as the Zona Rosa.

The address in the first post is incorrect, but the rest is accurate for the most part. These clubs are located on Calle 86a. Casanova's exact address is 14-57. They ran out of business cards and I didn't bother to get the phone number.

100,000 COP seems low to me, but I'm not the best at negotiations, either. 150,000-200,000 seems more like what I would expect. I was also unaware of rooms upstairs, if anyone can verify that, it would be useful information for me.

Just past the entrance is a bar to the immediate left and a lounge area with white couches. Restrooms are located on the left past the bar on the other side of wall dividers. Past the lounge area is the main part of club with a raised dance stage on the right and wall monitors on the back well showing music videos and occasionally light porn. Most of the ladies hang out in the back area.

I'd rank Casanova as the #2 place to visit, at least from what I experienced while I was in Bogota for 4 days.

Casanova seemed to be one of the more "happening" clubs, while at the same time not being overly crowded. The selection of ladies and layout of the club were also very nice. My only complaint was the long length of time to receive my change on two separate occasions.

Just a really quick update to the information previously posted on this bar. In my opinion this is definately the best of the three options on this street. Last night was the first time i had actually been into the place despite living in Bogota. The layout and atmosphere is definately better than extasis and the one across the road, cant remember its name. The girls are also the best, again in my opinion. I did see girls from the other bars in there but the general selection seems better.

The bar fine to take a girl out is now 90,000 pesos and they are now offering rooms upstairs for 110,000, which seems silly to me considering that the fine is less. I guess it would suit people in non-friendly hotels. I didnt see the rooms but the girl i picked up said they were very nice.

The girls are now asking anything up from 150000. The girl i had charged me 200000 and stayed the whole night which i thought was fine. She was cute and was great in the sack.

For reference the name of the bar has changed, although being the useless idiot i am, and the quantity of rum that i consumed while i was in there i cant remember its name. I guess it means that the management has changed but again i cant confirm this. Everyone still knows it as casanova though.

Wow, they really raised the multa fee to 90K now and you can still get most girls to go out for 150K. Gals also told me the on-site rooms are really nice, did't check it out as my hotel was so close. I could not get any hotties for lower than 150K like I did about six months ago. I think Casanova's had a better lineup this trip than LDV in CTG, about 40+ girls Thrs. nite and a good dozen I would consider hotties. Also a lot more guys (mostly locales). I ran into a couple of gals who used to work at LDV here also.

Went here on a weekend nite, cover 15k c/ 1 bebida. 30 chicas. Stripper pole dancing on stage later in the nite.

I took this off the membership card to the private club next to casanovas (This was the original Casanova that they converted to an after hours).

The phone number is 2 years old, but it worked
when I had to call the next day to retrieve my POLO jacket that I forgot behind the bar.

I liked this place a lot. Located in Zona Rosa in decent neighborhood and the interior is pretty nice. Opens about 10-11 and closes at 3 am. Beer was $20k pesos but excellent service. Bartender is from Belgium and is a really nice guy. Place has rooms upstairs and there is stage downstairs for decent shows. Chicks were fairly hot here in my opinion. Probably about 20-25 working on Friday and Saturday nights. Only about 1-3 of them were to my liking but luckily, that was enough. I was quoted $200k TLN and I did not even bother to negotiate since it seemed like a good Bogota price. Girl was a total knockout too. Multa (bar fine) is $100k pesos, which does hurt but that's just how it goes. No problem at all to wait for club to close and hookup out front of the club, although I'm sure management would not be thrilled. I did this successfully on Saturday night after they closed. They do allow smoking and have ashtrays everywhere, which I appreciated. The only place in Colombia that I know of that allows this now. There was no entrance fee either night that I was there. I arrived at about 11 on Friday night and about 2 am on Saturday night. Chicks really did not hassle me much for drinks or for sitting down, etc... They are friendly and will approach you but I felt no pressure at all. I was able to sit alone for hours on Friday night drinking before I made my selection. This was perfect for me.

Some stunners are available there. Amongst the cutest of Colombia IMHO. BUT at a price tag !
They ask around 200K to 400K a pop. You can negotiate a bit , like 300-350 for a looker. In addition , you 160K for the room upstairs. A beer is 30K. Lets say quite expensive.

I paid $300k the next day for an overnight stunner back in 2009. I think I had paid a $90k multa, which really did not seem too bad. If the room is $160k can I assume that the bar fine is way more than $90k now? I do remember the beers being high, probably around $20-25k back in 2009. I really liked this place.
