It seems to be remixes of songs made by DJ's. I have not explored the rest of the site, but Snap - Rhythm Is A Dancer 2003 Mix(Dj SPeckTRum Tekno MIx) is pretty cool as is the remix by DJ Mike of Luka's To Nem Ai.
I imagine if I look long enough, I will enventually find my "In your eyes, In your eyes" song.
I have confirmed so far it is NOT the following songs:

I was able to find the Whoa Ho Ho Ho song! I closed my eyes, and I was magically transported to Help Disco, hahahaha. Excellent link!
