This is truely the best option. You get the room for half price, but most the time it seems you do not get the cleaning services that the other rooms have.

I am looking for current (2008) information about renting an apartment in Jardins / Av. Paulista area for 2-3 weeks not monthly. I was surprised that some of the links above still worked but there are no prices posted and I vaguely remember that most of these websites did longer term rentals . . . by the month, etc.
