Someone told me about tranqui/tranky, suppossed to be the colombia version of viagara, has anyone heard about it? What kind of $ will it cost to buy any of these? Help!!!

Cialis, Levitra, and Viagra are all available over the counter. No Rx required. Just ask.

Can anyone compare cialis, levitra, and viagra. Which one is the best or which one gives you better get up and go. I have been using viagra since it came out and it is beginning to not work as well as it use to. Any help in this area is appreciated. Thanks.

I have tried all three.
Same as you, I have been taking Viagra since it was introduced and it is having less of an effect. I was hoping that Levitra or Cialis would work better, but Viagra is still the most effective for me. Levitra was the worst and Cialis was halfway between the two.
Cialis seems to take longer to kick in. Despite their claims, food lessens its effect for me. It also doesn't last 36 hrs for me.

Anybody ever tried dissolving Cialis under the tongue, to see if it'll kick in any faster?
Did that with Viagra last night. 50 mg of V kicked in hard and fast (within 10 minutes), even though I ate a juicy and rare, thick New York steak less than a half hour prior to taking the pill.
It hit me so hard, that my sinuses were almost totally dry-congested. Worst side-effects I ever had, and it tasted like crap...but a quality erection, nevertheless! If dissolving the pill under the tongue increases the potency of Viagra, then I'm thinking about taking a half pill next time.

I have High BP so I followed the hype for Cialis very carefully. Tried it for the first time and was totally disappointed. Viagra works much better for me. Have not tried Levitra as of yet. Putting V under the tongue is a great way to get a quick boost at the end of the night.

What you are doing when you put something under your tongue (think of nitroglycerin for instance) is that you are bypassing the liver detox system. A 'first pass metabolism' drug will get detoxified in the liver immediately when coming from the gut (not all of it but varying degrees).
So, caution on the sublingual route. It is not so much that you are increasing potency but you are increasing the actual effective dose. Thus you hit the target harder and the response is faster.

I prefer Cialis much more than Viagra. As others have posted, doing enough V to get a good effect can make one 'flush', with side effects like getting hot, blood-shot eyes... I find Cialis lasts much longer, like 24 hours longer (at normal dosage).

Cialis is great and I always championed it until my trip in Jan. I had my first bad reaction it it. I didn't know it at the time though. I took two whole pills within about 24 hours of each other. I had never done that before. That stuff is usually good for about 30 plus hours with me. Anyway, after taking the second one, later that night I felt achy all over, particularly my back, almost like I had the flew. I tossed all night and I felt that way for most of the next day. I've never been sick like that in Rio. I didn't attribute it to Cialis until I got back and was watching the Super Bowl and the Cialis ad said that one of the side effects can be back pain. That's when it occured to me. I'll still take it in the future, but it will be every other day.

Cialis works so well for me, that I have stopped taking 20mg and now only take 10mg. What's more, I take one pill every Friday, and can easily still notice the difference 5 and 6 days later.
I've spoken with other gents in their late 20's and 30's who note the same duration of effectiveness.
I guage the effectiveness by the wood factor after the act. I know that if I'm still sporting a stiffy for any period of time after the act, it is clearly the Cialis. It's been my experience that the Cialis will give this 'prolonged wood' for a week after the act.
I also supplement with daily yohimbe and other herbs, as well as saw palmetto for prostate health. Perhaps this helps?

Honestly, I've never done a 20mg, only cut it in half and done 10mg (but never done a 10mg either).

By Dongringo on Saturday, March 27, 2004 - 07:15 pm: Edit |
Aldaron... I will share my VPL data after you publish the specifics of a good prenup.
By Aldaron on Saturday, March 27, 2004 - 08:45 pm: Edit |
You should know the specifics by now as you lament everyday for not having one.

Ok, you made me cry. Happy now?
Don't let this happen to you, kids.

Does anyone have the current costs of Viagra and or Cialis in Colombia, average costs? Is it any cheaper there compared to US pharmacy costs?
By Tomtom33 on Thursday, December 01, 2005 - 02:52 am: Edit |
You can get generic Viagra here quite reasonably. I think the generic Cialis may be available as well. Haven't bought any in a while. No prescription is needed in Colombia.
