There are such high turn over rate among termas,massage,help disco, etc. that by the time you go check out the particular girl she is no longer there. I want to know if any CH member know of girls that are star and insitution of their particular establishment. Name and detail description would be nice, and pictures would be awsome.

You touched on the problem; turnover is too high to offer a useful list. The other problem is that we tend not to agree on who the stars are. For example, many would argue that Bia is the current star at L'uomo, but others disagree...some prefer Shayla, some prefer another. I go to 4X4 regularly and couldn't begin to tell you who the star might be (at least, now that Rebeca no longer works there). I have 3-4 favorites there, but a place like 4X4 is just too big to have a single star.

There used to be more of a sense of each termas having a star or two: Camila and Bia at L, Deborah at MC, etc., but that seems to be less the case over the past couple of years, at least to me.
