I was just in Rio, and heard from a guy that help was closing for good in May. The place next to it bought it out, and is turning it into a hotel. Any one else heard about this? Say it is not so!

Doesn't make sense--do the financial analysis. It's a cash cow. Plus, there's not enough to turn into a hotel, unless someone is buying just the site to build a high-rise hotel.

It's been a rumor for quite some time. My apartment was behind help on the 10th floor and all the high up apartments were worried about the same thing (losing the ocean view) The rumor is they will be tearing down help and putting in a high rise.

Well, at some point "they" would have to go to the city for permits--then we'd know for sure. How does one find out if applications have been submitted? Is it a matter of public record?

At least they've opened the doors near there and a little of that stench can escape outside. I can't understand how people can even stand back there anymore.

i just was in Help on May 9th and it is going stronger than ever

I thought Help was great for me for the first time ever, buyer's market with lot less low class garotas. Plenty enough of part timers and terma garotas. 3 garotas for every guy, I like these odds.

Help was very crowded last night as start of high season. Selection was mostly good but always a headache to filter out piranhas. The good thing is it´s still a buyer´s market as 1.5 garota per customer. Anyone ever play with Gisele? 20 year old carioca, no kid, speaks good english and bit of french. Wow cute face and standing straight C cup. 8.5 in looks min, maybe a 10 for some hombres.

Help was even more packed last night but did not see one that stands out, many 7´s. So packed I decided not to walk around, just talk to terma garotas then picked up a non pro instead, very pretty but should have sticked to terma garota as I needed technical superiority late in the shift as opposed to interesting garota. Current price is R$20 before midnight, R$30 afterwards. Did not see anyone standing out in the terrace. I have gisele tel num so maybe only way to meet her in this crowded place.

Selection last night was nothing exciting. I was more interested in watching nfl sunday night.
Luomo was plain bad so I picked auickly this Patricia, dyed loira, 23, no kid, maybe a 6, actually a Layne87 special as huge chest, big C or small D, 3 or 4 extra pounds but well proportioned. She is crazy in bed and screamer. I barely survived. So I guess recommended. She loves everything.
Shenanigans in ipanema is a great place to watch nfl. Was surprised to see so many terma or ex terma girls in there but i was more intesrested in locals, lots of them and most return smile. Too bad i was miserable as they were showing miami-seattle instead of chargers-riaders then philly instead of giants game. Athos, just to be sure everyone understands - it's not that they (the bar) picks the game. I understand it that in the southern hemisphere the DTV NFL package doesn't provide every game (like here in the US or N. H.) but only 2 early and 2 late. Thus, Shenanigans is merely showing you the only two that are being broadcast (in each time slot).

shenanigans had quite a few pretty non pros, many smiling and young. Terma girls were with gringoes so on a program. My ribeye was good btw if a bit expensive. One waitress was a bit chubby but real cute, actually 2 other ones were not bad either...sorry I have this fantasy of banging a waitress.
