Just saw the scene in which Darren James gets infected with HIV. Warning: Graphic description follows, and it is pretty disgusting.

The girl first deep-throats him (taking in all of it) while she is being jerked from an "energetic" anal from the other guy (possible tooth accident?). Darren is the second guy to penetrate in the double anal, and he does that 3 times lasting a total of less than 4 minutes. In most of it, only the head and a very small portion of his penis is inside. He has a reaction at some point as if he is cumming, but no evidence of that as he withdraws (possible injury?). He then does a vaginal (about the worst combination I can think of, as double anal can injure/irritate the penis, then the vaginal fluids have a field day transmitting the virus).

At the end of the scene (minutes after he gets the AIDS virus), they are joking after Darren spreads his load over the girl's face and the other guy mentions something about 3 weeks (something like 3 weeks-worth of load, not the wait for the DNA test) and Darren says "it's all over" (the load over the girl's face, not it's all over for him). Ironic.

I know people's tastes are different, and something I like may disgust someone else, but let me just say that this scene was remarkably disgusting. OK, here is my thinking on this subject. I'm assuming "double anal" means Darren and the other dude have there dicks squished together at the same time in the girls ass. As for the gay remark, I have no idea what Darren likes or does in real life, but this was work so I wouldn't read too much into it. Given all the information I know, I believe the most likely scenario is that he caught HIV during this scene.

HIV is passed through volume. Actually its difficult for a man to get HIV from a woman anyway (although not impossible).

Most HIV transferance happens through sharing needles and seman. If you don't use a condom and you have HIV, the receiver (man or woman), has a decent chance to get HIV. If you don't wear a condom and she has HIV, there still is only a small chance you will get it.

This Porno star got HIV either through drug use or through anal sex. I doubt that he got HIV through heterosexual relations. Unless he DATY's with a girl on her period (gross).
