Santa Catarina is a state, not a city. Do you mean Florianopolis? Pretty sure there's a thread about it here.

Yes, I did mean Florinapolis...I'm not too well versed with Brazil yet as I have been a Colombia veteran for many years. I want to explore Brazil, but want to avoid the chaos of RIO and look for more non-pro girls that programma girls...I will read teh Florianapolis thread. Thanks.
