The Marriott is big, shiny and expensive. The casino is not all that; I think the hostess at the restaurant was watching out for the 'tourista'. The tables were dollars only, and the Blackjack was a $5 minimum.

corporate rate of 330 soles plus 10 percent service charge, included buffet breakfast. This hotel is located at the south end of Ave. Larco and Ave. Armendariz. This hotel is directly across a street from a three-story mall, built into the side of the cliff and not seen from the street. The mall is called Larcomar and has eateries and stores. The disadvantage is that there is little else nearby in the evening.

Excerpt from 2002/03 Pks2141 - An Update on Lima, Peru
I stayed at the Marriott. It included a casino and breakfast in the rate. The had no issue with company. No extra charge. The girls just had to leave their ID at the bellman’s desk. Across the street is the ocean and a selection of about 6 to 8 other restaurants. Each night after bringing girls back, the bellman always had a big smile for me. One other thing that is nice, if you have an escort come over, you don’t need to go down and get her. She can just register and come up. But, I think it makes them feel better if you go down and get them and escort them out.
