Another good casa is at Av. Alameda Franca, 175. I have had good luck here (two sessions) but have to say it is not as friendly as Savana's (but it is not unfriendly). When I visited there the first time there were about six garotas, with perhaps two that were very good to excellent, another couple that were not bad. The second visit showed about four garotas, three of whom were in the ballpark. The garotas come up the stairs (from a lower level) to greet you individually in the living room. The price is R$100 per hour. I enjoyed both my visits.

Directions: This is a very easy walk from the MASP metro station. From Av. Paulista you walk down Rua Pomplona until you reach Av. Franca, no more than a 10-minute walk. Make a left onto Av. Franca and 175 will be on your right, no more than a quarter of a block from Rua Pomplona.

I was here recently in the afternoon around 3. Three garotas, all horribly non-doable. Place is being remodeled, so maybe a girl upgrade will occur as well.

I was here early in the afternoon on Thursday, 7 garotas, 4 were wide bodies, two had nice bodies, but had faces that would stop a Mack truck, the last one was marginal, thought I would go see what Alameda Franca 240 had to offer.

I checked this place out a couple of weeks ago and it is closed for renovations (I assume it will re-open, but the renovations could be a precursor to a different use of the building). It was still closed as of last week. A ran into a couple of girls at the 449 Assis prive who said they worked here before renovation. I think I read somewhere probably on GPGUIA that some of the girls have gone to work at the Brigadeiro prive.

I didn't care much for the place. The room in the basement was hot, the fan didn't work and within 20 minutes both of us were drenched in sweat. The sheets though washed and cleaned were okay. Not sink in the bathroom. I didn't bother to shower there and went back to the hotel.

The staff were friendly. The 2 house mistresses (I don't know the term in Portuguese for the mother hen) were very nice and took their time to explain things to me and I give them a a big thumb up since they could have just sent me away since I had no portuguese.
