Does anyone have any info on this hotel? Girl friendly? Guest limit? guest fee? etc.

Official policy is that working girls are not allowed, period. The only exception I know of was a guy who stayed there long term and was allowed to have visitors whenever he wanted.
The hotel rooms are very nice, but the staff is not very service-oriented. They are (or at least were) the official hotel of the US consulate, and that gave them a chunk of business that made them less eager to please in general.
